Breakfast was very good. Lots of variety hot food as well as cereal, yogurt, juice and coffees with several choices of flavorings. View was Lake Superior. We were able to watch 4th of July fireworks across the water. At our request they were able to get our rooms together. Room was handicapped accessible. King bed in separate room, small kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher. In the middle of town with easy access to parking lot.

Nice quiet location, off main highway. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast area had lots of windows with a beautiful corner view of neighboring buildings and the lake. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lobby seating was cozy and comfortable.

Probably a better breakfast selection would be nice. A broader selection of food items in the snack shop.

We've stayed here in the past and again it was a great stay. The staff that we did have contact with were friendly and helpful, check in was quick! We had a great room with a nice lake view. The location was perfect for our trip, great access to restaurants and shopping.

I appreciated how clean and comfortable the place was. Staff was friendly. I couldn’t give it the top rating because although the location was convenient, it wasn’t exceptional-on a lake or. With a fabulous view, near great restaurants, etc. The price was high, but quality was appreciated.

This is a clean, comfortable hotel. One thing to note: their website says that they welcome dogs, but their weight limit is actually 40 lbs. There was a 25 dollar fee. The room was large, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and it is centrally located in Ashland. I liked it and I would probably stay there again.

The breakfast is packaged, processed food. Not worth it. It is also incredibly expensive for what it is. There's nothing wrong with the hotel and I enjoyed the room, but it's as expensive as the fanciest hotels in the area without their amenities.

Clean, convenient, friendly.

Transparency in pricing. The pricing was not the same for the 2 nights. Each night was a different price. Hotel attendant said it was from Booking.com. i'm not pleased with Booking .com and will never use it again.

Clean and well organized facility.

Front desk was not all that welcoming and price was a bit excessive noting that the facility had very few guests (city was noted as being booked up but this hotel was not).

The location and the room itself.

I liked everything except next time we might try and get a handicap accessible room because there were no bars in the bathtub and the tub was hard to get in and out of.

The continental breakfast was wonderful. And the nice bright breakfast room it was served in. The bedroom was spacious the bathroom also! The fridge was big enough to fit several things. We needed blankets for our bed and had no problem getting them at the desk.

I booked online, but when I got to the hotel and asked for room pricing, it was $75.00 cheaper than what I booked. So that was really upsetting. Especially since they would not take $150.00 off for the two nights. It just proves that booking ahead of time doesn't always help.
