Liked suites comfort and layout. Liked working with Liz for our conference room set up for Grooms Dinner. Also appreciated (Jeneane's) help checking in on Fri. 10/4 early.

Front desk woman Sat. 10/5 was rude, not helpful, almost yelling at us and was away from front desk and on her personal phone. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and would cause me not to stay at Springhill again. We are extremely nice people and we're just trying to get some questions answered and help. It also was the day of my son's wedding. This woman should be fired!! Also, was not impressed with Mintahoe Catering food quality for price charged. Lastly, somebody mopped outside of our conference room while we were using (4:20p-ish) it and one of our guests almost slipped and fell due to no cone by door to alert her of slipperiness. The cone was way over by the middle of the room so she didn't see it when she stepped out of the conference room. It was very slippery!

The room was clean and well appointed.

It was a super busy weekend with a lot of high school sports teams staying at the hotel. I suspect because of the higher traffic, the common areas were a little dirty and it was pretty noisy… even in my room. Even when I mentioned this to management, it continued to be very noisy (people being loud at all hours and stomping around.) This is not really the hotel’s fault, but it was disruptive. The sporting events also made the price point abnormally high for a hotel that’s not downtown and during a downtown the buses all but blocked any area where one could load their car and stay dry.

Rooms are a decent size, comfortable bed, decent breakfast in am. Staff were very nice, friendly, helpful. Room was very quiet - even being full, with lots of children staying in the hotel, it was still very quiet.

It took awhile to figure out how to get hot water in the shower, you had to turn the knob forever! The water in the bathroom sink was neither hot nor cold and you could not make it change temperature. We did have a little problem with the heater/ac unit in room one day. The housekeeping must have knocked the plug when they were vacuuming. Front desk attendant was quick to respond and after fiddling for a little while we managed to get it going again.

Breakfast was awesome. Nice little pool facility. Nice staff.

A little more attention to cleaning certain parts of the rooms. When we were making sure we hadn’t forgotten anything at the end of our stay we checked under the bed to see if we left anything and there was garbage under there from people before us. In tighter corners around the room they needed to be cleaned a little better. Lots of dust and bits of stuff.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Moved us right away when we had a room issue.Walking distance to lots of good restaurants and shopping. Very easy to get on the wonderful Biking system in the city and many of the galleries and other sites are an easy drive with good freeway access. Good breakfast choices and overflow space when busy. Fridge and microwave and coffeemaker in room were useful. Comfortable bed. Nice recently renovated rooms.

First room had minimal space between bed and closet making bathroom access difficult. Air conditioner was loud but effective which was essential as the temps were in the 90s.

We came for some appointments at the ENTSC. It was so nice to be able to walk to our appointment from the hotel. They gave us a discount since we were staying for a medical appointment. When we got an extra appointment the staff were accommodating and let us have a late check out! We also enjoyed walking to get a few groceries, our meals, and coffee! Everything we needed was walking distance! We will stay here again if we need to return.

The room was perfect, lots of room, even the pull out couch was comfortable. The egg & spinach quiche for breakfast were delicious, bacon, scrambled eggs too. Lots of options for cereal, yogurt, bagels, toast & muffins. Didn't use the pool, though it looked wonderful and others were definitely enjoying it. Loved the location, easy access to lots of places to slop, explore and eat

Nothing, everything was great, would stay here again.

Great breakfast, and great staff and loved the layout to the rooms. Very close to downtown.

Wifi was spotty due to storms in the area, thought they would have been able to get it back running during my week long stay. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I know it’s fixed

The fact that the sink wasn't in the bathroom. The kitchenette area. The living room area. It was perfect for the 3 of us. We had room to snack and play games. The beds were very comfortable.

The mattress on the sofa bed could have been a lot more comfortable. I stay in a lot of hotels and that mattress was kind of thin compared to others.

Great location! This hotel is near so many great restaurants! Breakfast was also good, which is such a plus!

We didn’t get to explore the patio, pool, etc as we were only in town for a concert but we truly enjoyed everything! Having only one elevator does require some waiting, but nothing that was not manageable.
