Rated 4-star, but some aspects felt cheap: - No carpet: great! Creaky floor boards everywhere: not great. - All-white tiles and harsh lighting in the toilet: felt like a hospital ward. - Toilet flush button hard to press; have to hold for 10-15 secs for full flush. - No toiletries shelf in the shower; no shelf below the toilet sink either. - No kettle, coffee, or tea provided. - Opt-in, rather than opt-out cleaning. - Felt dull eating the same food for breakfast 3-days in a row.

It was clean, comfortable, breakfast was really good and hotel staff helpful and friendly. In this hotel it was possible to leave your bags before and after checking in/out

The hotel room was a nice size with a big bathroom that had lots of counter space which was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and offered gluten free often as well. Location was conveniently located right in front of a bus stop and 7 min walk to the s-train so we enjoyed the area.

The room didn’t have a mini fridge or a kettle and some of the surface areas were dusty when we arrived/throughout our stay. The hotel offers ‘light cleaning’ upon request. We were surprised that when we arrived and went to take a shower that there wasn’t shampoo in the bottle and had to call reception to bring some. These are just little things. Overall it was a nice stay.

Good location - only two stops from Copenhagen central station and just a short walk to the station. The hotel is in a redeveloped former industrial area so, whilst pleasant enough the surroundings are a bit souless.

Breakfast selection was very good but as it's a large hotel it's a bit hectic at breakfast time. We dined in the restaurant twice in the evening. The food was ok but a very small choice of dishes and the menu was the same on both days. The rooms are only serviced on request and when we did ask for it (we were there for four nights) the tea, coffee and milk weren't replenished. We had to ask at Reception each day for more supplies.

he standard room had everything you needed. It wasn't noisy, even though we were on the first floor facing the parking lot and traffic. There was enough space for two people. Maybe a mini fridge and kettle would make things even better. There was enough choice for breakfast. More people came over the weekend and at one point it was hard to find a table, but once they were done, they just had to get up and not talk. They use top mattresses on a high base so the beds are a bit odd.

Crowding at the check-in, early check-in is not guaranteed and even though I sent a message we just waited until something became available and that happened in the early afternoon. 4pm is a late check-in time.

Room was modern and comfortable and shower easy to operate. Hotel spacious with areas in which to "chill" after a busy day of sightseeing. Breakfast was outstanding, catering for all dietary requirements. The "make your own waffles" was a major attraction!

Although railway station was close by, it was difficult to walk through the car park to access the side road, especially with suitcases. An additional entrance at the rear of the hotel would have helped.

The rooms were comfy and clean, as described. The breakfast was more tasty and varied than expected. It was nice to have lounge areas with games and the fitness centre available in the spare time. There's nothing much in the immediate area around the hotel but it's very close to public transport that takes you in the city center.

It was odd not to have a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. The bathroom light was very strong, no other options/dimmers like in the main room.

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay here. The hotel has great facilities (gym, sauna, etc.) and it was useful that breakfast was included. The room was clean and suitably sized. There aren’t many amenities nearby but multiple public transport options within a 10 minute walk, and less than 10 minutes on the train to central station. The price of our stay was reasonable.

We thought 4pm check-in time was quite late, however early check-in was available and inexpensive, and the 12pm check-out also made up.

Comfortable room, good sleep. The hotel was good, nice sauna and a small gym. The breakfast buffet was quite good, with many healthy options too. The location was good, not in the center of the city, but for us it was easy with a rented car. There is a train station at 5 minutes walk, and the train takes you to the center of Copenhagen.

The breakfast buffet was extremely crowded, it was maybe due to the summer season.

The breakfast was a really wide variety of delicious food, the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff were friendly check in and check out was easy.

Our toilet had a corrosion / calc from the water that was not cleaned/ removed and the lower part of the door hinge of the bathroom was loose and the door was stuck in the door frame when closing. Had to travel from the central part of the town but it was no inconvenience for us!
