Everything was very well organized, the room was clean, and the view was really nice. Renting bikes went smoothly and reception helped us to figure out our room. The courtyard was an extra bonus. We waited there shortly before our flight was due to leave and found it quiet and very comfortable. We also ate breakfast there and found it very relaxing.

Quite honestly, we had a lovely stay and we had nothing to complain about. The only thing that was a bit difficult was the stairs. There was an elevator, but there were a few stairs into it. We also stayed on the 5th floor and the elevator only went to the fourth. This didn‘t bother us much as we had very little luggage and are quite mobile. I could see it being a bit difficult for people with a lot of luggage or limited mobility

Very practical hotel with great location (next to the Central Station), small but practical rooms, comfortable beds, everything clean and new. The best thing was the beautiful courtyard where you can have the great breakfast they offer in the morning.

The only problem: we asked for a quiet room and the staff responded funnily "we don't have noisy rooms, it's the guests who make noise and we can't help that". I explained that I meant a room away from the elevator and things like that. And she gave us specifically the room next to the elevator, of which you could hear the machinery working day and night. Hard to understand.

The hotel is very nice: good furniture, clean, tasty breakfasts, the staff is very polite and friendly. The location is perfect, as it is so close to the metro station. It was very comfortable to get to and from the airport at any time of the day/night.

We booked stay with prepaid breakfasts. We had early morning flight and expected the hotel to offer a packed breakfast, but they have no options for that even if you have already paid for the breakfast. When I was booking the stay no option to skip the breakfast for that 1 morning was available, so I had to pay for it anyway. So do not expect any breakfast if you leave the hotel earlier than 7am when breakfast service starts. Also, there were paper cups in the room instead of regular ones, this is super uncomfortable if you stay more then 1 night, as may what to have some tea/coffee more then 1 time.

The room was spacious and clean. Fresh simple decor, 2 twin beds, nice view from top floor looking out at the street. The room was warm with a working radiator we could control. The bathroom was simple white decor but clean and had a hot shower. We didn't use it as we travelled in winter but the room had an aircon, also a TV on the wall opposite the bed. There was a sofa which I think was a sofa bed. The LOCATION, its 1 minute from the metro exit, so as 2 young women we didn't have to worry about walking long distances in the dark. To get to the town centre you just walked through the transtation it was great. They had a room you could store suitcases after you'd checked out, or pay for a secure locker.

I guess the decoration of the bathroom and room could be more "designed" but for the price I has really impressed with the hotel and room, it was simple and bright. If you want that then you'd go to a 5 star hotel. The twin beds were a little narrow and had a matress topper thing that slid around a little - but they were comfy enough for me and my friend to sleep well both nights we stayed.

The hotel was in a good location for us being just minutes away from Central Station, so easy for day trips out of town and some of the key sights in the city, includung Tivoli and the National Museum. But if you plan to spend most days around the Nyhavn area, this might not be the best location. Although being by the station, you're never too far from anywhere, really. The room was clean and comfortable. We liked the fact that you could charge your phone by the bed and the bedside lighting. There were a range of food options for breakfast which you could eat in a nice outdoor area.

No complaints with the room but would have been nicer if they'd provided proper glasses/mugs in the rooms for drinks, rather than disposable cups.

This is a great hotel in a very convenient location, a few minutes walk from both the central train station and Tivoli Gardens and only a short walk into the centre of the city and on to Nyhavn. I was in a single room with private bathroom. The room was small but perfectly formed and very comfortable. I'm not sure you'd fit a big suitcase in there but plenty of room if traveling fairly light. Spotlessly clean and everything you need. The staff were extremely friendly throughout our stay. You can purchase drinks and snacks at reception, leave luggage in a store on your last day and the breakfast is good value. The hotel itself I thought was very reasonably priced for the quality of the accommodation and location.

Location is top of the top: next to Copenhagen central station, walking distance to the new Copenhagen bus stop, but away from the noisy pubs which ruins your sleep. That’s top important to me who has been to this area for three times. And the breakfast is amazing also! Next time the choice is still Ansgar I believe.

Need to be transparent that the towel is not absolutely clean, and is a little smelly. The mini fridge in the room create noise during midnight which hurt my sleep, but only these two I expect improvement on my next stay.

The hotel staff and location are really amazing. The metros and train station are barely 5 minutes of walk and the city center is almost 10 mins by walk. The rooms are really nice with an amazing view too.

A couple of things and suggestions: Issues: - My washroom's soap container was broken. We had to open the lid and take out the straw to use the soap. - There were no washroom slippers. The issues themselves were really minor, so didnt affect the trip that much. One suggestion would be that bidet is a concept that is being widely familiarized with. Most of the asian and middle eastern region already uses bidet and its also becomming common in Europe too. So having a bidet would definately attract alot more customers (plus its a one time investment only)

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is clean and well equipped. The rooms are a great size and well arranged. The location is right next to the train station. Beds are comfortable, room is warm. I really wanted to love this hotel but I just couldn't.

Sadly the noise level from other people was unacceptable, the walls are not acoustically insulated so you can here everyone walking up the stairs and corridor or the person next door coughing or walking around in the room above - I didn't hear anyone talking in their rooms which was a blessing. The beds were comfortable but squeak when repositioning. If you are a heavy sleeper you might be fine. We were in room 201.

Excellent room, furniture selected in the same style. Delicious breakfast. The room is cozy. Excellent staff. They helped me with all my questions. For this I give the maximum rating.

The floor was clean only in the middle, the corners were dirty. The curtains had not been washed for a long time, there was a dead mosquito. (I was there in October, this is not my mosquito. ☺️) The walls are very thin, they are really made of paper. You can hear the vibration of your neighbor's phone and hear every word. The mini fridge was not connected. The room is small, but this is not a surprise, as this is indicated in the description on the site. But the price is too high for such living conditions. The mattress is sliding off the bed. I don't know how this is possible. Something needs to be done about it.
