When a guest approaches the front desk, instead of being met with a face of horror in the morning , just a genuine smile, some basic customer service would be a really good start and maybe stand up to face the guest.

I booked this hotel very late in night cause I missed my flight due to slow aerobus to airport (I should come to airport Beauvais in 1h and 15 mins but I was traveling 3 hours!). So hotel room was prepared so fast an very clean. It was little bit cold because of fresh air, I set higher temperature and it was better very fast. Only bad thing was very slow WiFi, at least in my room in corner of building, maybe its better in rooms closed to center / modem... Hotel is 8km far away from airport and taxi is 25 eur per one way. Stuff was very nice, they called me taxi in the morning to drives me back to airport.

Smart hotel with imaginative decor. The welcome was warm and the place was easily found. Safe gated parking was free. Location outside the town but close to large shopping centre with several restaurants. We enjoyed a great eat-all-you-want meal at immediate neighbour Grill Inn. Huge huge choice of dishes and two minute walk back to hotel.. A good place for an overnight stay though room was compact if one wished to spend longer periods.

The distance to the airport. The breakfast. A polite Male staff who attended to me on the evening of my arrival. The room assigned to was large.

The carpets are old and need changing. The facilities are old and almost not working. A receptionist answered the phone just before I checked in leaving me on hold for over 6 mins without updating me what was going on.

A comfortable hotel, it was perfect for me to stay the night in Beauvais before an early flight. Everything was comfortable and clean. There is a bar on site and the reception desk is 24 hours.

On arrival I asked the reception staff to book me a taxi for the next morning which they were happy to do. It seemed to be forgotten though because the next morning they had to call again after I'd been waiting 15 minutes, there was no taxi availablity and in the end I booked an Uber. Just make sure that if you need a taxi it's been booked as this isn't walkable to the airport.

Hot shower, comfortable bed, staff very helpful with advice in using public transport to get to the airport. Places to eat and shop nearby if you want to. Our original room had a problem so they immediately put us in a refurbished room with no extra charge which was nice.

Coffee from a machine is expensive if you aren't having breakfast

The breakfast was salty. Not sure if it’s Italian thing, but eggs, sausages, ham all were very salty. There was no hot water to make tea, I asked at the breakfast a waitress, she made me wait 5 minutes and still she didn’t bring any. I told her to bring me hot water in a cup to the ta le but she has not arrived…

Our flight arrived late and so the bus to Paris was not running. This was a last-minute booking. We were able to check in late (midnight, I think). The hotel was lovely and the staff were helpful. There is a bus that goes from the road beside the hotel to the airport for €2.50 (or something like that).

The taxi to the accommodation was a little pricey but needed.

We visited it again after four months and the rooms were much better than before! It was much cleaner, they smelled clean and the carpet was refreshed! The service is still good and the location very good as it is 10 minutes away from the airport and 5 from the city center. Also it is near the supermarkets, boulangeries etc!

As single female traveller I was uncomfortable...very quiet and alot of male workers stay in hotel ...I did not sleep and no reception opened after 23 hours so I was very unsettled and not comfortable
