despite going all inclusive there were plenty of food choices,nothing exciting but never went hungry. Rooms were comfortable if not a little outdated... The pool area is nice and clean but sunbeds are very uncomfortable in fact some guests were placing inflatable sunbeds on top b4 laying down. Staff were very friendly location is very central to the town and 5 mins walk to the nearest beach, although it's the best beach,think black volcanic sand and rocks.

Downside is at the snack area if ur sitting eating or drinking smokers seem to think it's a free for all to light up,they should have a designated smoking area for smokers NOT THE POOLSIDE SNACK BAR. The days of couples having to have 2 single beds pushed together are long gone but seem to persist here and are not helped by a shiny tiled floor

The restaurant was very good and the meals were tasty. The rooms were cleaned every day and overall the hotel was very nice. At the reception were no problem with English and we also rent a car there through the company they recommended. Good location, near the center and sea. Air-conditioning were working, but since we were there in the November, we had mostly opened windows rather.

There were small shortcomings in the rooms but nothing that cannot be solved with the staff. The rooms which are oriented to the street has to count with some noise from cars.

Good location, few steps away from the sea, nice restaurants and 1 min from Mercadona. Spacious rooms with nice balcony. Very nice price according to the area. Would return.

A bit outdated in general, the hotel, furniture, toilet, however the prices were ok according to the other hotels. Food at breakfast could be changed during the days. Please note that the area doesn’t have sand beach nearby.

The hotel was located very centrally and was perfect for the purpose of my stay. The beds were very comfortable and hard which was a nice change compared to other hotel beds. I did not use my balcony much but it had a great view.

In general I enjoyed everything but the shower was not perfect as water got all over the bathroom floor when used. The Air condition was not on when I arrived so the room was very hot, also the air condition was only on when a card was inserted into the card slot in the room.

The hotel is amazing, great location only a few minutes walk to bars, cafes, restaurants and shops, The food is good and alot of choice so suitable for everyone. The staff are absolutely incredible at this hotel, so friendly and helpful. There are snacks around the pool too in the day! Would highly recommend.

I slept here only during my final-2-nights in Tenerife. In that short period, I experienced excellent service from the reception team. During my stay, Marco was super-helpful and polite (I asked him so many questions). After I had already checked-out, Alejandro helped me through the phone and email (because I had left something in my room by mistake). The hotel’s location is strategic, near the beach and a happening beach front, supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, a good viewing point (Mirador La Paz). The hotel is also just a 10-minute walk to the bus stop — that’s if you want to take Bus 348 to Mount Teide or Bus 343 to the airport (make sure to check the timetable online). The buffet breakfast was obviously filling and the breakfast staff was very nice and friendly to everyone.

I wish I didn’t leave the item in my room by mistake. Anyway, that’s my own fault. Other than that, the whole experience at this hotel was excellent.

- Beverages in all-inclusive are bottom of the bottom shelf. Too bad to have more than a sip - Bathroom is super outdated, surprising given the room is quite modern - The corridor on floor 2 smells really bad, especially when the emergency doors are closed. Terrible!

Excellent location, rooms great size, great choice of different foods, cleaning crew really professional and friendly.

Location is very good - central - close to all the shops and beach. Hotel is big with a lot of floors. Rooms are nice but not super modern.( Comfortable bed though) unfortunately rooms should be cleaned 🧹 much better. Breakfasts were ok, hotel staff super nice - in the restaurant or in reception - very nice, helpful people !
