Small main course portions , sunshades can’t be adjusted , entertainment & employees assuming all guests speak russian

Every thing was amazing

I visit Sharm 2-3 times a year and stayed at different hotels. Meraki exceeded my expectations.. Resort is relatively small and simple, you literally find everything you need. Smart rooms and newly constructed areas, staff were very friendly and acted in a professional manner. Mostafa gave me a proper introduction when I came in and showed me 6 different restaurants (4 of them free of charge). Food was amazing.. Greek, Italian, Lebanese, and international restaurants. Animation crew were funny and spoke good English. I literally had Santorini vibes as hotel is elevated. Great Value!!

Just a bit of cherry on top.. I hope the nightlife was more fun and guests engage more. The animation team doing a great job to gather ppl, but it feels like something is missing. Maybe rainbow shots on bar would help :)

Everthing is perfect. I lost my JBL air phones, I couldn't find but after I return my country MR.Salah Mahdy Rooms Division Manager found it. He offered to ship it to me via DHL. But I asked him to hand it to my friends in Sharm El Sheikh and he didn't hurt me also he left my earphones my friends hotel. It was one of the best holidays I've had in my life, the staff was very friendly. Thank you for everything we will definitely come again.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Meraki hotel for 10 days and it was outstanding. The hotel was clean everywhere and beautiful to look at. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day. Staff are excellent and do anything they can to help you and be generally accommodating. The food ranges from good to excellent. We particularly enjoyed the Mumm restaurant for its fantastic mixed grill. Being able to go snorkelling at the hotel was also a massive benefit. Mr smiley man the life guard at the pool was absolutely brilliant and helped us with everything we needed even down to pillows and cleaning our sunglasses. The two guys on the front desk Tyson and Diaa were always very helpful at organising our taxis and trips and making sure we had everything we needed.

Excellent location, perfect team, Clean and comfortable rooms with large balconies facing the sea/ swimming pool. Tasty food and fresh, the chefs are very skilled, I really liked the italian restaurant . All the hotel very clean, all the workers in everywhere in the hotel are very nice, friendly. The beach was very clean and very comfortable…I’m in love 🥰 The workers in reception are very good persons especial Mr. Hosam and Mr.mohammed. Thank you for all, very thanks …you made my vacation so happy. i will be back 👍

Everything was exceptional including the service. First all inclusive al La carte I have been too and will never do for anything else. Food was exceptional and the quality was impeccable. Branded beers and soft drinks were all included. Animation team were good and not pushy …same could be said for the spa and water sports team. Good lil gym with good range of equipment. Pools and all surrounding areas immaculately looked after and clean. We are already looking at returning asap. Management including Hossan and Lucas were visible and always checking to ensure everything was running smoothly throughout the hotel and our stay. Best hotel experience I’ve ever had.

There was nothing not to like. Wish we had spent longer.

The service was very good despite being very hot the staff were in a good spirit and really wanted to be as welcoming as they can, room design was excellent and very different .

I’m afraid the food standard doesn’t meet the claimed 5 star level, it’s all Ofcourse eatable but nothing to look forward too, Lebanese place has very decent grilled chicken for those who don’t tolerate differnt flavours. The Greek restaurant wasn’t greek at all

Exceptional Experience at Meraki Resort, Egypt My fiancé and I recently stayed at Meraki Resort, and our experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome by the reception staff, who were friendly, efficient, and eager to help us with anything we needed. They set the tone for what became an unforgettable stay. We were especially impressed by Mr. Hossam, the hotel manager. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our visit was perfect. His attention to detail, along with his personal approach to guest satisfaction, really stood out. Mr. Hossam made sure that we felt comfortable and well cared for throughout our stay, which truly elevated the experience. The resort itself is beautifully designed with a relaxing yet vibrant atmosphere, offering the perfect setting for both relaxation and fun. Our room had an amazing sea view, and the cleanliness and decor made it a comfortable haven after a day of activities. The food was another highlight, with the restaurants offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious meals, and the all-inclusive option made everything so convenient. Whether we were lounging by the beach or enjoying the entertainment, every part of the resort was thoughtfully managed. A special thank you to the reception team and Mr. Hossam for making our stay at Meraki Resort so memorable. We can’t wait to return and experience this wonderful hospitality again!

Our stay in Meraki resort was just lovely. The rooms are big, clean and with a nice view. On overall, there was no noise issue (as others were mentioning). The food is very good and well served in all restaurants. The staff is helpful and kind as well. The sea access is quite nice and the pools are good. Regarding the drinks: the beer (Heineken) is served at room temperature almost, they should a stronger freezer. You do have the option to ask for an ice box to cool down your beer. The drinks and wine are a bit low quality. Special shoutout for the check-out, they allowed us to have the room until 1 pm and use the resort facilities until 4pm without extra cost which was really nice!

Some points for improvement: - colder beer - although the food is really good, the deserts are not.
