Very nice staff. Had clean rooms with expected amenities. We were there for a college graduation. The hotel we usually stay at hadclooked more worn with each year out from covid. This room was in prestige condition. It was annoying to get several marketing emails before our visit. These were first one urging us to upgrade our room and then a call urging us to prebook a 4 night stay to be taken at a later date.

I didn't like the worker on staff for breakfast. He did not communicate well while verifying if I had paid for breakfast or not. While I was making my plate he just walked up to me and asked what room was I staying in, like I was stealing breakfast. There was a white male that came down with me and he said nothing to him until he sat down to eat. If God wasn't with me I would have cussed him out and made a scene

It was a little over priced and somewhat surprised it was not just a normal meal with room. It was a normal breakfast that comes with typical rooms.

I did not like that there was not a shuttle, being that we were in a very busy and around many places to be shuttled to and from, including the airport. Just seemed off. I travel a lot and most hotels/Hilton's especially, have a shuttle.

The hotel was clean. The lobby area was nice and welcoming. The breakfast was good but a little pricey. Also, the pool area was very relaxing.

The lady that checked us in was not very friendly. Some bug bite me while i slept. We also had a bug in the restroom.

I liked that the location was perfect for our needs. Very close to everywhere we were going and close to lots of stores and restaurants. Also, the bed was comfy and the staff was nice!

The only complaint I really have is there was some kind of mold in our room on the light fixtures above the microwave area and I'm not sure why. We kept finding little black beetles in our room and not sure where they came from but it wasn't detrimental to our stay.

Location was great, Great channels to explore, and the staff was nice. I liked that someone texted me to follow up with me during the stay. The outside patio was nice and the lobby area was comfortable

My water was cold on the first night; I had to call for assistance. I couldn't take a great shower on the first night

This hotel has a lot of polarizing reviews but I'm not sure what the fuss is about as we had a great stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful despite the fact that they were working on Christmas Eve. The room was large, clean and had everything we needed.

Good location and generally good

Had to move room as the first room had a faulty AC unit which was extremely noisy and wouldn't switch off. Staff were very helpful and moved me quickly but as it was a late check-in it was not ideal.

Breakfast was good but had to go down and get it and balance everything as I brought it back to my room. Surprised there was no room service.

Better lighting, plastic cups instead of paper that denigrated fairly quickly. No room service. We couldn't control the temp in the room.

Everything was clean. So far the best gym inside a hotel I’ve been to so far. There was more options when it came to the weights. The pool was nice and clean, very clear with a relaxing sitting section nearby. The grocery stores were in walking distance, Sprouts literally in the same parking lot so a great alternative to breakfast if you don’t want to pay that much. The room looked just like the pictures.
