I had a business meeting at The Westin Convention center it is literally behind this hotel but there is no road connection you must go out to the access road and go around and park again at the convention center. The hotel is cozy, parking was easy, the breakfast area clean and comfortable, the little convenience store was a life saver, the hotel is not within walking distance of any places to eat but all is close by. The room was very spacious AC/heater workes fine and was quiet. I love quiet ac's. Would stay here again.

The location is great, quiet large room enough ac and usb outlets for all my stuff. The convenience store had my favorite Hagen Daz ice cream and more. I was able to park right up front. Room AC was nice and quiet. The King bed had plenty of pillows.

The breakfast was good with lots of good options. The parking was good, very convenient. The surroundings were well maintained. The room was spacious and clean with a sitting area with TV on one side of the room and a desk on the other,

The air conditioning blew right onto the bed. I got too cold, then turned down the temperature and got too warm. Maybe a deflective device to direct the air upward would be helpful. I ended up putting the rolling chair and my suitcase in front of the air conditioner to block the air from my bed.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was very clean and comfortable and made for a great place to stay while on this trip.

Not much as I was very happy with my stay here. It was fairly quiet considering that the highway and transit trains were right there. It was a good experience.

Cordelia, on night shift was a BLESSING and the young woman working the breakfast area was FANTASTIC!!! Very convenient location to Irving Convention Center - quick and pretty walk through the canal.

We had a great stay. The hallways smelled a little musty and the room also, at night, but it was super humid... so that's expected on some level.

I’ve stayed in this hotel many times throughout the years. It doesn’t matter where in Dallas I go to, I always stay in Irving, Texas next to the convention center. This hotel is quiet, clean and breakfast is off the hook (bada$$).

We actually enjoyed the following. A little mischievous playful ghost knocking on our door (room 610). 👻 Nonetheless, our stay was awesome.

Easy to find, walkable to the convention center, free breakfast and WiFi. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Had some issues with the key reader of my room. Had to have key remade a few times. But the staff were great helping me with this.

Super convenient to local restaurants and shops. Close to downtown. This is an excellent location if your business trip has you working in the local downtown area.

Nothing really to complain about.

The beds were super comfy, and the water pressure was great in the shower too! I felt safe in this location, and breakfast had the best cinnamon rolls EVER!

I thought the price was a little higher than I normally book for business trips.

I love the location of this hotel since it’s right down the street from May daughter’s college. We came into town for an event and knew immediately that we wanted to stay here. We are repeat customers and are always happy to stay here. They were even able to accommodate our early arrival time which meant the world to us!

At check in we were about to get charged again. I had to explain to the staff that I had paid days in advance. She said she took the charge off but unfortunately it was left on there. When I brought it up with Carlos at the front desk, he was able to take the extra charge off for us.

Clean hotel. Delightful staff. Close to Canal, shops and museums. Good breakfast. Friendly town, helpful people.
