Nice little stop between Innsbruck and Salzburg. I look for hotels that have three beds, easy parking, a restaurant, and late/flexible check-in and check-out, and a reasonable price. This hotel had all of that, plus the building was nice, the staff was friendly, the views were also nice, and the pool was a big plus. I would have liked to have more time to enjoy the pool. If you like bowling there is even an bowling alley. We also enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant - normal food, normal price, nice service.

The dressing rooms next to the pool could have been better (there wasn't a place to sit, needed to be refilled with towels). And the wellness area was closed for cleaning at the time we had available. The eggs on the buffet were not great. Rest of the breakfast was good.

Our family stopped for one night at this hotel on our way to Tuscany, and we were very happy about the choice. Cozy, clean and comfortable rooms, indoor pool all clean and refreshing, location in a small town with mountains around - all to our best satisfaction. We also enjoyed the breakfast and a short walk around, as well as relaxing on the balcony looking at the mountains. I cannot speak much about activities in the place as we only spent one night and continued in our journey - but we enjoyed staying at the hotel. There's a Hofer supermarket 5 min walk from the hotel, so we could equip ourselves for the next journey. We did not have time to try the local restaurant, perhaps next time.

Very spacious room well prepared for our family visit. The wellness center is really modern and in great conditions with different kind of saunas and a relaxing environment. The swimming pool and the gym were also in great condition. Breakfast was good with a wide assortment of food. Few steps from the hotel's entrance a nice walk starts and through the forest leads to the local castle ruins.

We use this hotel for our starting point to see this part of Tyrol. For us it had a perfect location.The hotel has a great restaurant, with a very good and tasty offer. The swimming pool is nice, but we were missing the towels. Staff is very nice and helpful. Lots of parking space.

The weather was very warm, and AC would be great help (weather during our stay probably was extremely hot and need for AC is very rare)

Our stay was excellent, the staff and receptionist was lovely and our room was even upgraded so that was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were great, spacious, comfortable beds, balcony with a nice view. Bathroom was also spacious and had good amenities and overall great location for anyone visiting the Swarovski museum nearby.

Best place to stay if you are near this area (Wattens or Innsbruck) Quiet area, staff is very helping and friendly. Good value for Money. Rates are very reasonable compare to others. They have bowling as well but needs the advance booking specially on weekends.

There is nothing to dislike. Property is awesome.

The most fabulous experience from walk in till tearful departure I was provided perfect help with directions and nice info with choice of ski slopes Want to come back ! Food was always nice and fresh , drinks and music Exceptional hotel of personal touch , hard work of all the personal and friendly atmosphere ! Gem that only locals attend keeping it a secret But the amount of Happy visitors is growing Fast !

This was our third time at Hotel Rettenberg and it is certainly not the last one! The place is very nice, with a very good quality/price ratio. The rooms are very nice and the wellness area is ideal for a relaxing experience. The personnel is extremely kind and the restaurant very cozy. We love it!

All was just perfect!

We requested a family room, when we arrived, it was not ready, the front desk staff put us in two rooms, which was ideal for us with an older teenager. The beds were comfortable. Rooms were very nice, the pool was a great added bonus as was the spa area. The bowling alley/bar was busy but the service was spot on. The restaurant was delicious. We really enjoyed our time.

Great family / 3-persons room with good space and nice balcony towards the mountains. Really nice staff that made us feel very welcome. We loved the different facilities - and enjoyed a great dinner in the restaurant as well as a nice and varied breakfast.
