I only stayed for one night, while traveling through Austria. I wish I could have stayed more to be honest. The staff has been great, with uncomplicated and helpful communication before my arrival. The room was just amazing. Clean, spacious, comfortable bed and sofa. The bathroom was perfect too, with everything needed for a relaxing evening. The balcony was also nice, with some very pretty views. The fact that I could also have my dog with me, at a hotel like that, is something that I appreciate so much. I didn't use the restaurant, spa, or properly had breakfast there, because of my traveling schedule, so I don't have an opinion about those, but based on my overall experience I can't imagine that those won't be of great quality as well.

Beautiful hotel! It had everything we needed, plus they allowed dogs, which was great. The room had a breathtaking view directly of the mountains, and the breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of food. The staff were wonderful—very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant for dinner sometimes felt understaffed. There was only one person serving the tables, and it got quite busy at times, so we think one waitress is not enough for the number of guests. It would be nice if they could have more staff.

A very pretty hotel, we had a huge room with an amazing view, bathroom with bath & shower and very soft towels, loads of drawers & hanging space. Every where was kept very clean. Lots of choice to help yourself to at breakfast. All staff were very friendly and helpful especially as we only speak English!

Not the hotels fault but we got covered in mosquito bites, we assume they came in at night from the natural swimming pond near our room.

This place was BEAUTIFUL. The room was amazing and the view was honestly BREATHTAKING. Large spacious rooms with an amazing bathroom with huge bath tub. The balcony view was beautiful and lots of room on the balcony to sit and enjoy. Breakfast was very yummy with lots of options including freshly made egg dishes at your request and lots of buffet style foods, breads and cereals. We ate restaurant food and had it in our room as we had travelled very far that day and the food from the restaurant was sooooo tasty. The staff were very friendly. I will return and highly recommend staying.

Although it says room service on booking.com it isn’t room service like I am used to which is ordered from your room and brought to your room. However it was ordered from the restaurant and we brought it up to the room with the help of the staff which was just what we needed. This isn’t a negative thing just a bit different to what we’re used too.

Exceptional location, stunning views, pets-friendly, very spacious rooms (standard double), great breakfasts, friendly and nice stuff and overall a fairy-tale-like atmosphere. We enjoyed the stay big time and highly recommend, especially for those who arrived by car. And ourselves - we pinned this place as it’s a place to return during summertime for sure :)

Terrific stay in a spotlessly clean, large room with very comfortable beds. A huge selection of foods available for breakfast complimented by excellent fare for dinners in their restaurant. The reception staff were exceptional, friendly and accommodating. A very relaxing stay with perfect views of the Alps.

The rooms and views were amazing. The bar/dining areas were very nice. The location is close to Hall and Innsbruck.

One of our rooms had a heavy wet dog smell but the staff helped with removing throw rugs and provided air fresheners.

Everything was perfect, and I truly appreciated the kind and helpful staff. The room's view was breathtaking and unlike anything I had ever seen. If you're planning to visit, I highly recommend upgrading your room.

Amazing hotel with magical vibes with cozy rooms in beautiful alpine area. Fantastic breakfast and spa. Hotel staff was very nice and kind.

I took my wife here as a surprise for her birthday and we had a wonderful time. The hotel is amazing with incredible views all round. The staff was were so kind and helpful and extremely polite. The hotel manager so very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed he was so kind to even organise horse riding the following day. It was amazing and we had such a great time we stayed an extra night. Thank you all so much. We definitely will be back again.
