A very nice value for money villa. Adi was always helpful when we needed. The staff did not speak English very well but we always were able to communicate with them (keeping in mind that we are in their country and we should learn more Indonesian). Location to snorkling on the reef directly out front was brilliant.

Suggestions only - Display when the restaurant is open for meals other than breakfast. Maybe supply sorkling gear (even a small cost woukd be good). Need to have contact details for manager/hotel assistance displayed as quite often could not find anyone (Reception is a small room and not attended).

Very spacious rooms in a wonderful garden. The hotel area is small scale and rectangular. From the street first a parking lot. Then the garden with the rooms, the restaurant, the swimming pool, the beach and the sea. The rooms are very spacious with good beds with mosquito nets and a big patio. The best thing with the hotel is the super friendly and hard working staff. Always there to be of assistance. The beach in front of the hotel is in this area one of the few spots where the sea is easily accessible (not steep and not covered with boats) The beach is not super clean but much better than other places in Amed. You can snorkel from the beach. We hired a local boat that took us snorkeling which was great! The only minus is that the sun beds, mattresses and parasols of the hotel are old and worn out and not working so well. This hotel gives good value for money and I would definitely recommend it. Ps. For a great dinner we would recommend Warung Sabar, only 5 minutes walk. For a great massage: cross the street.

An authentic Balinese location with a wonderful reef, turtles among it, and a pleasant black sand beach. The bungalows had everything we needed. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the pool was pleasant and well-maintained. The breakfasts were delicious. The nearby restaurants offered very good lunches. Adi, the hotel manager, is very helpful and can organize anything you ask for that is possible on Bali. An exceptional young man worth meeting on your journey, with a very positive approach to work and local life. The personality and location left a deep impression on us and created a wonderful image of the local community.

Very nice location for a quiet getaway. Awesome clean beach right in front of the resort. Breakfast was good. Rooms were cleaned daily and I really appreciated the filtered water cooler in the room! The room itself was huge and had all of the basics.

There wasn't coffee/tea making option in the room. There was a tiny TV, but I couldn't watch anything nothing but youtube. I wish they would have given more info in advance about Nyepi. For two week stay, having to use the same towels was a bit of a stretch but they didn't have any replacement ones to give me, when I asked.

Adi and his place are awesome. This is a very lovely little hotel right next to the Euro Dive Center if you’re interested in diving. It is NOT in central Amed, you are in Lipah, a 15-min ride to Amed. The room was spacious and had the best view over the canopy of the frangipani trees. The sheets smelled so fresh and nice and they had left some frangipani flowers on the bed. There is a pool by the beach too, very nice and welcoming but it rained when I was there and I was only there for one day so I didn’t get to enjoy the pool. I did eat at to the restaurant which is a simple wee restaurant but has nice hearty food, and I did appreciate the metal straw 🤙🏻 I had to have breakfast a bit earlier than their usual serving time as I was starting my diving course but Adi organized it for me and was also able to rent me a scooter and come get it at another location on my last day.

The accommodation is well located on the beach and the snorkelling out the front is excellent. Three are lots of good eating nearby. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming . Any problems when pointed out were fixed straight away. We found the villa is good value for money.

Because of the cost there was really nothing to complain about. We were well well looked after. Breakfast is basic abd they were very accommodating to what you wanted.

Nothing. Some reviewers have complained about breakfast variety. I thought it was quite good, and what do you want for included breakfast with $25 per night room? The vegetarian omelette was very tasty.

The villas are huge and really comfortable. They have a large balcony with a drying rack - perfect for sitting outside and socialising. The pool is very good. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The snorkelling off the beach was stunning - a coral reef around 50m out and turtles around 200m south. Lots of really good restaurants around. And it's a really peaceful, laid back sort of place.

The staff in the restaurant didn't speak much English - getting salt and pepper was problematic. Most of the beer around town (including what's in the mini-bar) is bottled and has a cap but there's no bottle opener provided and I couldn't buy one anywhere in town.

Adi went above and beyond for us. It was our honeymoon and he had a special surprise for us which was appreciated. The location is fantastic, right on the beach. It is quiet and peaceful and the pool is great. Many shops and warungs close by as well as the restaurant. Breakfast is basic but nice - rice, noodles, eggs, pancakes or fruit and coffee, tea or juice.

There were stinging jellyfish in the beach in July/August during our stay. Not the fault of the property but just bring a rashie and maybe leggings to swim if they're out and some antihistamines because they are pretty itchy

Absolutely great place! Not many rooms/bungalows, nice and quiet. Staff were exceptional 👌 huge bungalows, fridge (with mini bar), tea/coffee provisions, great outdoor shower, good a/c and big outdoor balcony. Absolutely loved it here, right on the beach, good massages from local ladies, great Warung just down the road and good coffee shop about a 5 minute walk.
