Great rooms with exceptionnal view (specially the bottom cottages in front of the pool & sea). Perfect to see the sunrise and snorkle in front of the hotel (which lends you snorkeling equipment for free). Very quiet & clean, with very nice staff that take care of bringing down/up the suitcases (there are some big stairs between the lobby area and the cottages) and also bring the breakfast in front of your room (no need to go up to the lobby).

Nothing, everything was perfect. N.B. Just make sure you have a way to get to the town center as the hotel is up the hill, 2 or 3km away from amed center so if you don't have your own transportation, you need to plan to get a taxi/lift (the hotel xan help you).

We had a poolside room which was fantastic, down a long stairway to the room with only the pool in front of you and then the beach. The beach out the front is wonderful for snorkelling, but bring reef shoes with you. The whole place is kept immaculate and the rooms very clean. They bought breakfast down to our patio each morning. Breakfast is basic but OK. Two excellent restaurants nearby, Galanga an intrepid walk, not far but very narrow road with no footpath, but really worth the effort. Sails which is just wonderful, if you ring them they will pick you up and drop you back, for free, but a tip was really appreciated by the driver.

There was only one photo on booking.com of a few stairs, in fact there are many down to the front rooms and the pool/beach. The staff are very obliging and will carry your bags down to the rooms and back up. But we were just not expecting this, and are elderly. The taxi the staff rang to get us into Amed town was expensive, he had a taxi with Bali Dream House written on it and charged us 200IDR return. I wanted to go to an air-conditioned massage studio, the staff assured me the one they rang was air-conditioned, of course it wasn't. So the taxi expense was wasted!! Most expensive taxi I had the whole time in Bali. Suggest you negotiate a price when they ring.

Really nice place with excellent villas at a decent price. Staff lovely. Breakfast brought to room and that was pretty good too, particularly pancakes. The real reason to visit here though is the fact that it is right on a coral reef. The hotel will lend you snorkels. Being able to snorkel right in front of where you are sleeping is genuinely amazing and well worth the visit. Pool also good with decent shaded options to sit around it.

No bum gun! Very creaky furniture (inc beds and seats) which may need tightening up a bit.

We honestly could not fault this place. One night was a little noisy with dogs, fisherman and bikes coming and going next door but hey - that's village life. And that's exactly what we came to this part of Bali to experience. The staff were amazing and really keen to make your stay special. One guy bought a fish for us from the fishing boat that lands on the beach right by the hotel, cooked it over a fire for us and served it up with rice, veg and sambal for dinner that night. The room was just stunning and the view to die for. We snorkelled straight out in front of the hotel and saw millions of tropical fish, beautiful coral reefs, a little ray, turtles and giant blue starfish! The hotel pool was perfect to relax in afterwards. Love, love, love this place! We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful pool area overlooking the beach. Loved having my breakfast there in the morning. individual Houses were well set out and nicely furnished. Gede and his staff were very helpful & friendly and quick to respond. Gede arranged a local fisherman to take me Snorkeling and driver to take me to my next location.

I had booked with garden view. This turned out to be directly beside the noisy main road. The next day I was given the option at no extra cost to move closer to the pool area which was much better.

Perfect location for divers and great snorkeling point with the most beautiful reef in Amed just in front of the villlas.

Extremely friendly and attentive staff, comfortable facilities, great food for breakfast and dinner; supermarkets and other places of interest in Amed are in a short walkable distance.

The villa was lovely, and the pool and its location on the beach was beautiful. Also being able to snorkel at the from of the property was great too.

The bath towels and permanent bath mat on the floor need replacing. The towels smelled as soon as they were wet , creating a musty smell in the room. They were replaced everyday though which was good.

The location was really nice on the beach and not in busy town centre but not too far as well. There are 6 bungalows in total, 2 with sea views and 4 with garden views. There are lots of staff always prepared to help out and assist. Free snorkeling gear was given to us to explore for the duration of our stay. The hotel is located near some great snorkeling spots.

Room #6 should be described as noisy and sold at discounted rate as very noisy at night right next to a busy road and not at the same price than the other garden view rooms. We only slept in the one night and then asked the staff to reorganise so we could fit in the 3 other rooms we had rented. The staff did refund the nights that were not used which is appreciated. The breakfast and restaurant is located right next to the road. We were a group of 7 so not easy to eat in room or near pool. I think it is a shame that this is located so close to the road when you have such an amazing view and could be located on the beach.
