The location of Hotel Cour du Corbeau Strasbourg was outstanding for touring the historic center of Strasbourg. It is adjacent to the canal and close to the cathedral. The reception and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bed were comfortable and the bathroom was large with two sinks. Breakfast was wonderful and probably the best of any hotel in our two-week trip. The selection was good, and we enjoyed eating in the outdoor courtyard.

The only difficulty was arriving by car. We had a large van and it was difficult to access through the pedestrian walkways. However, this was only a minor inconvenience compared to our overall very enjoyable experience.

The hotel was stunning! I had a superb room with original wooden beams and a spacious bathroom which had a bathtub as well as a large shower. The room had all the amenities plus Charme! The breakfast was second to none. There was something for everyone! Fresh and delicious pasties, desserts, sweet as well as savory breakfast options, cereals and fruits as well as plenty of coffee and tea options!

The hotel is right in the old part of town which is blocked for traffic. I had a lot of luggage which I navigated over cobble stones. If you are traveling with a heavy suitcase, you can call the hotel to receive an access code which allows you to drive right up to the hotel to check-in. Afterwards you can park at a close by park house.

A lovely facility a stones throw from old town Strasbourg. The location was superb. it is a bit far from the train station to walk (we took a cab which turned out to be a great experience as the cabbies in both directions were absolutely great). Our room was quiet , clean and exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast buffet was incredible and they whip up whatever you want on demand in the kitchen if you can’t make do with the endless choices in the buffet. We also really liked the urn of tea they kept in the lobby, fantastic to return to after braving the Xmas markets!

Very friendly staff, especially Mr. Guillaume, Mr. Nathan. Room was clean and spacious, breakfast beyond the expected, location is superb. Beds were comfortable.

Air conditioning is really poor - MUST be updated especially regarding the warming. We were provided also with the ventilator, without it hard to sleep. Toilet cabin is very small, the stool was falling and not standing when in upright position. It was somehow fixed by our demand. The light in bathtube/shower area is very poor

fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and as they should all the fire doors closed but in the panic I could not find the stairway exit door as they all looked the same I tried 5 white doors on floor one before I could find staircase as you could not use lift due to fire alarms being alerted . staff where excellent on ground floor and assured us it was a false alarm set off by guest but I do think FIRE EXIT door needs to be clearly marked as such

Probably our favorite hotel in Europe. The beds are enormous and unbelievably comfortable. The hotel even provided a dog bowl, snacks and throw for our pooch. The breakfasts provided are the best I have ever eaten in any hotel in the world and I have stayed in many thousands over the years. if there were a Michelin star system for breakfasts this hotel would get 3 stars. Needless to say the service was on a similarly high level. It’s amazing that a chain hotel achieve this level of perfection in any hotel but Accor have achieved it and this is a testament to the chain as well as its management.

Nothing. Everything was beyond perfect except perhaps the impossibility of finding the hotel when arriving by car. The secret is to aim for the Parking and walk the short distance.

We were completely blown away by the hotel. They have thought of every single detail to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were travelling with the baby and everything was perfectly set up: cot, bottle warmer, changing mat and my daughter even got a toy as a gift! Pure perfection. (in comparison to other hotels where you have to scavenge what they have and keep asking for help). The beds were like sleeping on soft fluffy clouds. The choice and quality of breakfast was outstanding: you can have anything and everything you can imagine. The room service is brilliant. The bathrobes and slippers a plus. The best part was probably staying in a 16 century building with most quaint with of the courtyard - just like a fairytale. As it is so central you can walk everywhere in minutes - cathedral is only 2 minutes away. We will keep coming back to this little gem!

Excellent service at the breakfast; Breakfast was so Excellent ! Also especially to Suzanne and Ella. They both makes the breakfast so comfortable and heartwarming. Great staff and host ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ The rooms are cleaned with fresh towels. Great location to all walking distance. The reception needs to be a little more friendly and that will make a huge difference.

The bedsheet linens were a little rough. Wish the linen were softer.

Great location - a hotel with excellent facilities, a lot of character, and helpful staff. Very near the centre, museums and Petite France. Room and breakfast also good, with very flexible times, especially at the weekend. Trams A & D from the main station stop only a few minutes' walk away - ideal really, Strasbourg is <2hr from Paris by TCV or ICE train.

The shower/bath had rather high sides - could be tricky for an older person with arthritis say. In such a case, it would be worth flagging to the hotel ahead of time. Not a major issue for us though, and did not detract from our enjoyment.

We loved the room, for its size and comfort. Also the breakfast experience, especially the breakfast staff. The lady in charge ((Catherine?)is a dynamo who is so welcoming and efficient. What a wonderful breakfast spread! The best we have had in a hotel of this size.

The bathroom is great, except for the lighting. Even with the help of the magnifying mirror, the lights are not in the right position to see your face clearly. The dark colour of the tiles and bench tops mean that extra lights are needed to compensate. We would have liked an exhaust fan in the toilet. Please provide some milk in the fridge or some tiny long- life milk capsules for making coffee.
