There were a few Hampton Inn staff that we had contact with everyday . Priscilla was so pleasant and she took care of the breakfast and the food was great and so pleasant and was so acccommodating. Our contact with Sabina was always checking to see if we neede anything and April was a great cook for the breakfast. I can't say enough good things about the staff. was a pleasant trip for the four of us.

The breakfast was hot and delicious every morning, The eggs were fluffy, the bacon was crispy and the hot oatmeal was creamy, just the way I like it. I appreciate the fact that there were several types of pastries with accompanying spreads as some hotels just offer plain bagels, toast etc. with no spreads. The staff at this location were friendly and quick to address any questions/concerns that we had. They went out of their way to make us comfortable.

While our stay at this location was for the most part great, there are a few things that concerned me. I would have loved to have had a microwave in the room to reheat leftovers from dinner. I guess that I'm old school, but I prefer to have space to unpack and store my clothing. The metal pullout bins in the cabinet were okay, just not what my husband and I are accustomed to.

The complimentary breakfast was more than just cereal and bagels! The sheets on the beds were top of the line and very soft. 4 pillows on each bed!

The "Electric Car Charger" turned out to be ONLY for TESLAS. There are OTHER electric cars OTHER than TESLAS. Please put in at least ONE other charger for NON-TESLA EV's. The TV in room 120 has a slight color problem. (Green in middle of screen).

Pool closed We had booked two nights individually with booking.com and the hotel also changed us, it was a nightmare to get our money returned

The staff was excellent especially the staff that made breakfast. They were so helpful with my children and helping us make the waffles which was awesome. My kids loved making their own waffles.

Pool was a little small but no one ever joined us so it was great.

the pool was closed our whole trip!!! from Minnesota and all I wanted to do was sit by a pool and read a book… if I would have known I would of went else where!!! was so so so so disappointed!!!

All the staff were very friendly especially Sabrina on the front desk who always had a smile. Fawn who made sure the breakfast was well stocked and everything was fresh. Melinda in housekeeping the room was immaculate and Bob the night auditor who answered our questions for us.

I would have liked to have a microwave in the room. Also when making this reservation, I specifically asked for a room with a SHOWER as I am disabled and cannot get into a tub to use the shower. They did not honor this request, and thus I was unable to get a shower. I should have made the front desk aware of this as soon as I went into the room, BUT as I stated, I put this on the reservation for, so this should have been done without my having to bring it to their attention.
