We have spent an amazing time with my two little girls and with my wife at your hotel during the festive season. The hotel itself was nice as in their website description and pictures-however someone made it very special for us -Peter provided us an exceptional guest experience-he really has a great sense of hospitality and we’re so happy to met with him at the breakfast! He went above and beyond to serve our little daughters and us ! He is truly a gem to this hotel! Everyone else who we met there were nice too. Cute little boutique hotel right next to all of the attractions, highly recommend it!

It was very stylish, great staff, especially the waiter during breakfast time and his colleague in the kitchen. Breakfast was fantastic and plenty. ( all you can eat with fantastic selection )

Getting there with a car is an absolute hell if you try to follow the GPS. Make sure you try to just get to that gate they give you a picture about and then follow their following pictures about where to turn into. You need good driving skills, the space to go down the parking lot is very tight, but doable.

Central but quiet location, you are in the middle of the historic old town which is nice and on top you drive straight to the location of the hotel although it's in a restricted zone and you can park in the garage under the building. The staff is really nice and helpful and they have a very neat breakfast with freshly fried or scrambled eggs. The hotel is nicely furnished with and the room is big enough for the price. All in all very positive.

A lovely hotel set in a pedestrian part of Györ. They send you instructions on how to enter with a car. There are bollards which go down when you enter the area. The entrance to the underground garage is quite tight. Room was lovely with good comfy bed. Very helpful staff recommended a great restaurant which served vegetarian food. Really nice breakfast plenty of choice including fried eggs,sausage and bacon plus pancakes cheese slices,cold meats, bread rolls, salad, good coffee .

Was aware of a little noise from a nearby bar, but the noise stopped very quickly before I went to bed and wasn’t heard when the window was closed.

Clean, comfortable, good quality for the money, good breakfast.

It was really tricky getting to the hotel. Google maps was not able to drive me thru the historical centre. But it’s not the hotel’s fault, they actually provided very clear instruction how to get there but I chose to use G Maps. Bad idea!

Location - the best, heart of old town, next to one of the bridges, very good for hiking and walk in old town and around old town to make great pictures of perfectly renovated historical buildings.

It was hard to enter the old town because not all roads brings in old town to the hotel. Instructions to find a hotel must be improved.

Room is big and nice. I didnt like much the style of hotel but it seems to be the style of every hotel around and I knew how it will looks before I did reservation so… .

Halls and elevator could be a bit more clean. Everyone can go inside garage in any moment so it’s like to leave it outside. In rooms it’s a bit cold, even if I came in time when it was 25 degree.

It was amazing, it was also very comfortable for my disabled father. The breakfast was delicious every day and the staff was extremely nice.

The lighting in the rooms was a bit dim and the faucet on the sink in the bathroom could have been longer, other than that it was great.

The breakfast was very good and the staff were really helpful. The central location was excellent.

The hotel is not 4 star as advertised. The standard was no more than 3 star. There was no kettle in the room and the lighting in the room was poor - very dim. Apparently our room was an 'upgrade' but question what this might have been an upgrade from.

It is in the city centre, you can reach everything by feet. It is perfect for kids. The staff was very nice. It was our second time here with the family, but I think we would choose this hotel again.

Poor breakfast. The room could be cleaner...
