Clean, close proximity to the interstate. Nice staff. Older facility, but Remodeled nicely.

Location to the road, which could be noisy at times. But it did not affect our night’s sleep.

I've stayed here before and am a repeat customer. When in Lake City, this is my go-to motel. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again come Feb.

The Wi-Fi service is horrible. They have five different Wi-Fi connections to choose from, and trust me, you will be using all of them, as you get kicked off of them frequently. I have to go outside of my room sometimes, hold my phone up in the air, and walk toward the office before I can pick up a signal. This is my only beef.

We stayed here for a total of 5 days, due to a softball tournament. I was very impressed with this little hotel! Customer service was amazing, and housekeeping went above and beyond each day to ensure that rooms were clean and well stocked with towels/soap/toilet paper/conditioner. Due to the state tournament that was being held 5 minutes away, this hotel was at capacity, yet staff STILL managed to stay on top of everything. Pool was clean, bagged breakfast was decent w/ hot grits or oatmeal as an added option, and coffee was available 24/7. Could not have been happier with our stay! BIG shoutout to Karen and the owner who went above and beyond with finding my family a non-smoking room after I accidently booked smoking!!!! Also want to give a shoutout to housekeeping who did their thing during all of the softball madness. THANK YOU to the pool guys who kept the pool and pool area clean, AND allowed it to stay open an hour later during the tournament due to everyone coming back from the fields at later times :)

Rooms are on certainly the smaller side but with the value and service, I cannot complain

My stay was actually an evacuation from my mobile home to Americas Best Value Inn because of the impending hurricane Helene approaching the Big Bend of Florida. My roommate and I rode the storm out at this hotel in room 129. Being that this room was not a corner unit, it made Hurricane Helene seem like a tropical storm. I left my insulin in the room refrigerator when we checked out, and the owner, Mike Patel called me at home the morning after the hurricane to let me know they were storing my insulin at the front desk refrigerator, and that I could come pick it up at my convenience. I did pick up my extra bottles of insulin 2 days later. Thank you to Mike Patel and all staff members at Americas Best Value Inn in Lake City!!

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and empathetic. :) :) The hotel itself is a great place to stay where it's affordable but at the same time provides a secure place to stay while enjoying what the hotel has to offer.

Having my room to close to smoking rooms. The smoke drifted into our bathroom via the vent system. As an chronic asthma sufferer that makes things not good. I think the hotel staff should post something about there being a smoking section of the hotel so that those who have respiratory issues can make sure they are not put near those particular rooms.

When I first arrived at the hotel I was a bit under the weather and the receptionist stepped up to the place to get me into the right room which should have been a non-smoking room. Turned out my booking had the wrong thing but she changed it. She made some other changes to get me into a room sooner so that I could lay down. She was kind and showed empathy and did what should could to help! I appreciate the kindness she showed so much!

I don't really have anything that to complain about! The cost and the size of the room was everything I didn't expect to find and for that I enjoyed staying there and will be returning back!!! :) :) :) No SAD FACE HERE!

The staff was very nice. We let them know we wouldn’t be in until about 2 am and the lady at the desk was super friendly about it when we arrived. Their desk is 24 hours by the way! We quickly got our room keys and didn’t even have to put a card or deposit on file since we booked and paid online. The room was super clean; not luxury but perfect for a one night stop passing through Florida. It was right off the highway so no need to take a long trip off of the highway to get there. The bed was large and nice and comfy. The bathroom was clean and had a dainty shower, no tub but I think there may have been an option for a room with a tub but not necessary for our purposes. There was also a grab and go breakfast and the other lady at the desk the next morning offered us bottles of water for the road. We would recommend for anyone needing a quick night’s sleep!

The staff at the facility make this place truly so good. Top notch EVERYTHING. Not luxury travel, but if you want to feel welcome and cared for, this is your place.

Nothing that could be changed. Overall, it's a good place to spend on your road trip, or if just visiting the area for a good place to come back to after your day exploring. Clean and comfortable. No bells and whistles but everything you need and great staff.

This location has been remodeling and my room was clean and bright with a most amazing king sized bed with sparkling white sheets and 4 large pillows. No room for improvement. Even the cleaning staff was were welcoming and frinedly. Breakfast was simple but had many choices and a lovely little eat in space if a person wanted to eat there. Outside still needs painted so the wonderfulness was unexpected. It will be the only place I stay from now on as I travel back and forth to visit family in north Georgia.

Clean and comfortable. Good location with restaurants, grocery store and gas station nearby. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Hotel staff are welcoming and friendly. I would stay here again if in the area.

I'm not going to ding them because I know not all hotels on Booking serve a hot breakfast and I was aware of it when I booked the room. When I checked in, they informed me that it was a Grab and Go. Call the hotel directly if you're concerned. For the price of the room, breakfast wasn't a big deal.
