Convenient, clean, exceptional staff.

Would like to see breakfast extended until 10:00 (we're old, would like to sleep in a little later🤣). It was a good food selection.

We made last minute reservation. On the road during busy Thanksgiving holiday weekend. We pulled in with a 25 foot trailer and had no trouble parking in the easy access, large parking lot. Our reservation check-in was flawless. Large, clean room set at a comfortable temperature. Comfortable bed and sitting area, mini fridge and microwave made the stay better. Lots of decent dining options within 5 minutes from the hotel. Breakfast was fresh, scrambled eggs and sausages were hot. We had 3 staff tending the breakfast making sure coffee urns were full and food was replenished regularly. A very relaxed, trouble-free stay.

I felt very safe here. As a solo traveler, that was very important! The public areas and my room were exceptionally clean. Room was very comfortable and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Decor was not to my liking, but that's just personal taste. Staff was outstanding. The breakfast was nice and I thought the ladies staffing it were very nice and knowledgeable of the area. Fresh coffee was always available.

I made the mistake of accepting a room right by the elevators...don't do this if you have a choice. It was quite loud, guests were very loud as they entered, however, it got much quieter, with just the occasional ping of the elevator doors opening and closing.

The check-in/check-out was quick and easy and the staff was friendly and efficient. The accomodation was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with a large selection to choose from. Everything about my stay at Comfort Suites, Lake City, FL was excellent and I would definitely stay there again. Also, I want to mention that I forgot my laptop and the management went the extra mile to ship it to me over-night. Thank you Amanda for the extra effort in making sure my laptop was returned to me safely.

Didn't have the breakfast, but I'll bet it was good. My wife and I are not big breakfast eaters so we don't usually participate in the hotel breakfast but I should have gone and got some coffee since the coffee that comes with the room sucks.

The bed, the bed killed us. My wife and I both had problems with the beds, they were so hard, like trying to sleep on the floor. We pulled out the hide-a-bed and both slept there. It wasn't great but it was better then the 2 queens that came with the room.

Spotless! Love the little store area has regular & healthy snacks & drinks. The beds are so Comfortable! I stay (only at- if possible) at Comfort Suits/inns because of the beds and sheets!

LOVE that They have smoking areas (ash containers) most don’t even have a concrete bench for a person to sit and smoke after a long trip. Many don’t smoke in the car and it was WONDERFUL that the Comfort Inn the night before had an outdoor patio where ALL are welcome- even smokers! With real chairs! How relaxing it was before going up to sleep. There are still many smokers who respect not littering and would prefer to sit instead of stand like an unwanted guest to smoke.

We’ve stayed here before, and it’s very comfy and clean. A few minutes from where we needed to be so it was convenient. Also, Juju is the sweetest. She made us feel so welcome and we hope to see her again, as this is our choice hotel when we need to visit family nearby. The double bed room is a decent size and I like the seating area in the room as well.

Breakfast didn’t have too many options and there weren’t any complimentary travel sized body washes which would have been useful considering I forgot to bring. There was little bar soaps but not my thing. Also the fire alarm was going off while I was in the shower and freaked me out as well as my daughter but someone came to check it though he took a few minutes so if it was an actual fire it could have gotten really bad in that time. He said it was just going bad and turned it off which is also dangerous but he didn’t have any other rooms open as the hotel was booked. But at least someone still came to check.

Location was just what I needed. The breakfast was wonderful.

I check in they double bill you. Once is authorization and the other is the actual bill. But both will appear in your bank statement so you better have enough money for double what it cost. When you leave the authorization part falls off and you ultimately only get charged for the actual bill. I’ve stayed here several times so I know the process, but I got burned one time.

The ladies that serve the breakfast are the best. Friendly and greet you every morning and tell you to have a good day. Main reason we stay there is because of their hospitality and the people at the front desk being just as friendly.
