The most important part, was that it was so CLEAN. The rooms were immaculate. The lobby and dining areas were clean. People were mopping and making sure it looked nice all the time. My family felt very comfortable and safe here. And it was easy to relax because of how clean it was. We LOVED the breakfast. Other than visiting the Georgia aquarium, the buffet breakfast was our favorite part. We looked forward to it every morning. Also, their coffee is EXCEPTIONAL. It's not even just good hotel coffee, it's like premium brewed with premium beans and brewed the right way. It was so delicious just black that I craved it at 5pm at night just to have a few sips. Phenomenal. And last, but not least, the staff are absolutely amazing. They're so insanely friendly and helpful. Everyone always had a smile, was willing to address any issue, or even just ask us how we were enjoying our trip and our stay. It was lovely. And we will absolutely be back!

I'm sure there's always areas to improve - but I don't have any true feedback. For us, it was a perfect stay.

The staff were courteous and helpful, and even allowed me to check in early. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I loved that the hotel was within walking distance of several restaurants and the Coca-Cola Roxy. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast.

My complaints are minor: I was unable to access the pool due to renovations, the fitness center was a bit limited, I did not have a microwave in my room (but maybe I could have asked for one), and the oatmeal with the complimentary breakfast was a bit soggy. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay.

First and foremost the room, lobby, and grounds were very clean and well kept. Folks at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. Felt safe in the area and hotel. Bed was comfortable. There was plenty of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion (not the tiny bottles). Breakfast was good.

The only thing I didn't like was that the pool was closed. I had planned on swimming that evening BUT it wasn't a priority and we were only there for one night. As far as the billing process (which was not the fault of the hotel) I was not pleased. I booked through Priceline for a grand total of $208.09 and when I checked out, I was billed by Booking.com and the grand total was $230.32. Booking.com should credit me the difference, we'll see. But this does make me second guess booking through these 3rd party websites. Never had an issue like this before.

The staff were incredibly welcoming from the very beginning, they made sure we were taking care of and made sure we were comfortable. Room was very clean and accommodating; continental breakfast was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ with different breakfast meat every day complementary water, tea, and coffee. You can’t beat the location, Right across from the battery, restaurants and shops within walking distance ( also Costco nearby 👌🏼) We had a lovely time. Thank you Hampton Inn! We loved our stay

Everything! The location was convenient to walk to many places to eat or lounge. The staff were absolutely pleasant, and accommodating. The hotel was extremely clean everywhere inside the room as well as the common areas, and it was quiet. As someone who is very picky about cleanliness when I’m away from home, that was the most important part.

The stay, the staff, and the closeness to the convention center. It was less than a 16 min walk..

Though I like the complimentary breakfast, I wish there was more options for people that don't eat pork or pork products. Also, the confusion before checking in, I was paid through Booking.com, and upon a call to ensure that everything was paid for, was told that the payment didn't go through. On my end, I had indication that payment did go through, I even called the bank to get confirmation. When I was calling Booking.com, then I was told that there was payment but that o still owed 40 dollars for incidentals. I didn't mind the payment for the incidental part, but didn't like the confusion of the payment through Booking.com.

Loved how close it is to Truist Park. Just a short maybe quarter to half mile walk to the stadium. Loved the breakfast options. The staff was super nice, every single one of them. Everything seemed very clean and well maintained.

The parking was uhhh, a little off. Lines have been repainted and they are just all sorts of messed up as the old ones are still there as well. The road noise was absolutely terrible but I guess is to be expected beside an Atlanta interstate.

Everything was excellent except the breakfast.

The complementary breakfast needed some help. Grits would have been nice with some REAL scrambled eggs. Maybe some sausage, egg and cheese biscuits you can microwave would be nice.

The proximity to The Battery and other attractions is so convenient! The rooms are spacious and clean!

People who are not staying at the hotel tend to park there whenever there’s a game and it makes it difficult to find a parking spot. Otherwise, parking is usually great.

I loved how every employee was very polite and helpful to me and my sisters. Princely was a SUPERSTAR !! He is amazing and deserves a raise !! I would definitely stay here again and the breakfast was good so that’s a plus ! Thank you Hampton Inn for an amazing birthday weekend ❤️
