The bed was excellent. Firm and clean. The shower was also clean and the price was right. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was great.

The hotel was very dated. It was clean where it truly mattered (beds and shower) and comfortable but paint and wall paper was peeling off the walls. The metal frame stuck out further than the bed and we bashed our shin. The bathroom sink was slanted so everything kept rolling off. The towel hook wasn't anchored in and kept falling out. The tile area of the floor was dirty and sticky. This is definitely an older Hampton and the price reflected that.

Pleasant, no-hassle stay with delicious breakfast and a quiet atmosphere. Plenty of parking and 24-hour coffee. Demario was our front-desk agent, and he was awesome to deal with. 👏 👍

Carpets could be a bit cleaner. In fact, they should be replaced in every hotel for hard flooring, in my humble opinion. It's just impossible to keep them looking clean when you have a high-traffic establishment.

Room was clean and ready when we checked in. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

I know the hotel probably did not know, but a man was roaming the halls and ended up not acting appropriately with me. When I went to get ice in the morning, I was approached by him. He asked for a cigarette, gave me a hug and I thought he left. He came back and chit chatted a little more and ended up hugging me again. I thought he was leaving me alone, but he came back a third time and asked me if I was in a relationship. I told him I was married. He hugged me again and this time he kissed my cheek. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I just hope I was the only one he did this with because it really bothered me. I really hope he did not bother anyone else.

Breakfast was very good and the location was excellent

The place needs some updates The sink faucet was not working properly and the TV only worked in the morning not at night when you want to entertain yourself after a days work

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We arrived early. Lady at the front desk got us into a room with early check in. Room was clean. Definitely not walking distance to Truist Park, but, not far of a drive. Would stay here again.

Lady at front desk had a time finding our reservation. Found out third party had my name wrong in the system. Wasnt an error on the hotel's part.

The location was good. The bed was comfortable .

The hotel had a damp mildew smell and was not worth the value for money in my opinion. The bathroom was very small and cramped

Gigi was amazing helping me book my stay the same day. Maricel really went above and beyond during breakfast. And I appreciated how Sky made sure we had everything taken care of throughout our trip.

The king sized bed was very comfortable. The staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel was quiet, even though there was considerable traffic outside.

The manger kept calling my phone harassing me about checking in on Friday when I told him numerous of time I was coming he wanted me to pay for the room before my arrival when I didn’t do that the first time I stayed at this location . The girl at the front desk wasn’t friendly at all! This my second time staying at this location my second experience wasn’t so good I want be booking at this location again.

I absolutely love this hotel! Such a wonderful place. Very nice and clean. The staff was incredible! I really appreciate Mikey, Lester and Sky! Super friendly! I will always stay at Hampton-Inn Atlanta-Cumberland!! Thank you!! :)
