The views over Lech and the mountains are wonderful. Quiet location just 5 minutes walk from the village center and with the bus right outside the hotel door. We ate breakfast in our appartment, using the excellent "Brötchen service" giving us fresh bread every morning. Beautiful hotel and very nice carpets! Separate Ski-lockers for each room making the equipment a bit more safe.

The Kitchen could have been a bit bigger and have some more utensils (at least one more cutting board). We cooked for 4 each day and it was tight. Internet access was a bit slow for streaming services.

We stayed at the hotel as a family and had a wonderful experience. The staff warmly welcomed us, assisted with parking, and helped us settle in. The apartment had a pleasant and calm atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for a family snack. The hotel is located in a beautiful valley between mountains. There are numerous hiking trails around where you can wander and admire the nature or climb to the mountain peak and spend time there. We are thinking of visiting this place again in winter, as we would love to see how the nature transforms under a blanket of snow.

A really comfortable apartment well positioned for the ski bus, or a short walk to the village centre. The rooms were very clean and good quality equipment and well stocked kitchen. The sauna was welcome after a long day skiing or hiking and the facility to order freshly baked bread which was delivered each morning was a great touch. Staff were friendly and cheerfully helpful. Great to be able to order freshly cooked omelettes when we ate breakfast. All round good stay.

The only issue we had was with the Booking.Com booking system which advertised that we would be charged in Sterling, when in fact we were charged in Euro’s creating an unnecessary credit card fee which they denied responsibility for. Nothing to do with Haus Spullersee, who tried to help. Booking.Com didn’t.

We were surprised about the quality of the facilities. They look really new and very well decorated. The location has incredible views to the mountain, and it’s only 3-5min walk to the very centre of Lech. Appartments are well equipped. Decoration is nice and furniture is not old. We found the service exceptional and very attentive. During Summer, only breakfast is served, but we found plenty of options for dinner in the center.

It was an aboslut fabolous stay like always!!! The team is incredible kind, helpful, friendly. We have seen many places all over the world but you get the feeling your are at home and everything is very uncomplicated. The location is central annd directly at the river. You get everything you are wishing for. We will soon come back. Thankx for everything and see you soon. Surely the BEST place for us in Lech.

Very friendly and customer oriented owner family takes care of every wish. We stayed at Apt 15, our view from the balcony (south) and window (south west) was outstanding. Thanks for the upgrade. We could relax very well! Blue bus stop right in front of the door

Carpet (but this is correctly stated on the description of their webpage for every room). Some rooms have also wooden floor

Spacious, well equipped, close to slopes and supermarket. Bus stop immediately outside for access to and from town centre and lifts. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding.

The kitchenette is very compact with no space for an oven. However it is otherwise well equipped and microwave can be provided if requested

An exceptional surprise. We are a father and son traveling in Austria and stumbled upon this gem. Amazing hikes very close by. The receptionist Silva gave us amazing service she provided us recommendations on where to hike and cooked a delicious breakfast with help from her aunt Vjollca. Rooms are super clean and the hotel is equipped with a Sauna. Best bang for buck I could ask! 5/5

Location (adjacent to a bubbling stream; and Mountain View from 2 balconies), exceptional cleanliness, wonderful staff including Katarina, the Greek receptionist; size and amenities of the apartment with full kitchen and dining area, and the exceptional bathroom with full amenities

We were a family of 4 and enjoyed a short-ski in the Ski Arlberg area. The building of the appartment is situated a 10minute walk from Lech center but well connected by free bus. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Appartment and Welness area very clean. We will return and can recommend Spullersee appartments.

Nothing really but some more basic kitchen utensils would be great. But can assume most guests will not cook as we did, and eat out in view of high number of good restaurants in the village.
