The serenity of the environment

It was a nice stay but I feel booking.com created a bad impression of the hotel. I felt my card was charged more than it should have. Without arguing about being charged €1,144.30 far higher than what my colleagues paid, the sum of $1,419.74 was debited from my card which I feel the conversion may not be correct exchange for the due €1,144.30

Really nice hotel. The room had great views of Paris. Easily accessible by metro to both central Paris and the Stade de France. The stadium was also an easy 30 minute walk away.

New property, modern interior, restaurant & breakfast available (& amazing), fluffy towels & great bedding. Nice wardrobe to hang things up & stay organized. 2 min walk to metro line, super easy to access all of Paris & extended sites

Staff are acting like this hotel chain is high class. Yes it is nice… but bcz it is new. this chain is somewhat average by most standards. While here we were told 4 different reasons why our “individually controlled room temperature” was not working… it really came down to these people didn’t know their own system. It did get fixed & we were able to cool it down by end of day 2. The toilet is in its own little room… but no sink in there. The sink is with the shower room. So weird, if you use the toilet then you need to interrupt person showering to wash your hands. Or perhaps folks just do not wash after the bathroom. Bad design either way. No towel bar to hang dry these amazing body-bath towels… so much for helping the environment.

the stuff, the cleanliness of my room when I arrived - dirty forks, and the floor was dirty with dust balls and the chair was like somebody was eating snacks on it i also didnt have towels and slippers the manager, wanted me to pay the whole amount in advance with the deposit, like i am some kind of thief and cant pay the next day in cash like I wanted , he said in cash or card all now and had generally unpleasant behavior it just never happened to me before in another hotel

We selected double bed (1 room) but they put 2 single bede and they move :/

I enjoyed the breakfast but the location was poor imo. Room was dirty and had not been cleaned properly when we arrived after check in . this got us off to a bad start.

The staff were average at best as hosts. Our check in on the first night took a good while . We then had to change rooms because our room was dirty. We then asked to go to the Sky Bar to see the view and we were told not possible. Not a very friendly welcome it was only 11.30. If they let us up to see the view it may have made up for the dirty room.

Hi there, I’m very unhappy with the hotel services, staff, the room and facilities. This morning we have the maid coming in the room with no knock on the door. When I said do not come in she shouted at me to put the sign do not disturb. I had put the sign up last night but the hotel had apparently an “electricity crash” and none of the electric panel of our rooms worked. I’ve told the hotel receptionist face to face and also asked for an iron board with an iron to be placed in the room for the evening dinner. When we came back the room was not done at all, no iron in the room, the shower head still broken and the electric panel still not working. I’ve reported all this in the morning. The staff are telling as an excuse that “ hotel is new and nothing can be perfect yet”. When called for the iron board and iron for my husband shirt to be perfect for our honeymoon paradis latin show, it took 30 min to come up, hence we are rushing for the show and on a busy metro line because the reception couldn’t get us a taxi less than 71 euro Which is ridiculous money. We paid twice less last night on a normal city cab. Also they asking for 50 euro deposits per person and per day and 30 euro for a less that mediocre breakfast. This morning it took us 15 minutes to come down to reception because the housekeeping staff uses clients lifts and we had to stop at 10 diferent floors before getting to reception. No one is helpful except magdalena who was very kind and nice to me and efficient. I’m expecting to apologies and a refund because our 2 nights costed us more that 500 euros plus we had to pay the tourists tax. Also, to say sorry they have placed in the room pastries without noticing my note that I am gluten intolerant. But come on it’s not 2 fancy pastry that going to make up for our ruined honey moon. And when you are advertising for a fantastic view please make sure the windows are cleaned.

Out of 5 rooms booked - not a single one matched the description and pictures. At reception we were told "online photos are just examples, not actual rooms". Some rooms we were directed to were dirty. Paint was all over the bathroom floor. Hotel REFUSED to issue an invoice for the stay. Booking support didn't manage to help. Hotel management are absolute ignorant (we've tried couple of ways to communicate with 0 response). IT'S NOTHING LIKE '4 START HOTEL'. Very dangerous neighborhood. We were told by locals not to leave the hotel even for the grocery.
