The facility is in good shape, not new, but well kept. There was a really nice outside fireplace area that was a bonus and the pool was nice too. Ample parking and access. The hotel is in sort of an outdoor mall with a number of good eating options, a Target, and a large movie theatre. The breakfast area was comfortable and the breakfast was standard Hampton Inn fare, which is passable.

Parking was not free ($15 per night); not expensive, but a bit of a pain. You could hear people walking around in the room above us. It was pretty loud at times. It is not located near to anything you would want to see in Napa, so a car is required. Having said that, the downtown is only about 10 minutes drive away.

We were able to drop off our luggage at 1pm. It was great that the checkin counter was open 24 hours a day because we came back at 11pm to finish check in and get our luggage. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The room was clean and it great shape.

It was way too expensive. Cost over $500 for 3 of us to just sleep there and eat breakfast. It was made even worse that we had to pay for parking.

Kitchen could have been better. Fridge was smaller than most suites at other hotels that don’t charge for a fridge and microwave. I paid more for this suite. We stayed at Best Westerns along the trip, and all of them had a fridge and microwave included. Some even had a range and sink for no extra charge.

I am so happy that we choose this location for our one day stay. The hotel is in s nice location close to many stores, restaurants, downtown!! Very clean since the lobby, hallways, room, bathroom!!! The beds were very cleaned and comfty. Bathroom very shiny. We were very pleased with the good breakfast they served us. We will definitely recommend and stay again in this property!! Customer service was very attentive and very polite.

It might sound funny but hot water came for quite a time and it hard for us to shower but the water got warm and showered fine. Also that we could not stay longer to enjoy their beautiful patio and swim at the pool!!

The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast had a variety of item. It was really good.

15.00 for parking per day at a shopping center near the hotel.. This is a new charge. I'm wondering what else they can come up with.

Enjoyed the free daily breakfast to start our day, loved the convenience of the hotel to downtown and wineries. We loved there was a target and fast food in the same plaza as the hotel. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean at a reasonable price. Also loved free parking.

I liked how close we were to everything and that the room was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and the connivence items for sale at the front were great!!

The hot tub and pool seemed a little dirty. Which was sad because they were a great thing to have. When we checked in we weren’t given the type of room we paid for. We were given two queens instead of a King. We brought the issue to staff at our check in and they seemed annoyed/ stated “we will see what we can do” I found this odd because we should have gotten the more expensive room we paid for and it seemed odd the staff would try to give us a different type of room.

We had an excellent room and the staff also prepared a pleasant surprise for us as it was our honeymoon! Excellent if you are going to Napa by car.

Need to pay for parking. Very disappointed that breakfast was served in disposable cups, plates and cutlery. We are in 2023 and trying to preserve what's left of the environment and I expect better from a chain affiliated with the Hilton!

The location is in a plaza with a theater, restaurants and stores, which was super convenient. The price seemed too good to be true! Everything from outside, the lobby, and the room was very clean and felt comfortable. Staff was super friendly :)

I wish they offered complimentary toiletries.

Good location close to downtown Napa. Hotel in general and the room was nice and clean, breakfast was good enough and convenient since we had a little one, we didn’t have to rush to find and go to a breakfast spot. Nice and helpful staff. There are 3-4 Chargepoint stations just in front of the hotel which was a huge plus for us.

I think it was a bit overpriced for what you get, but it was a long weekend so i understand:)
