I like the ambience

I didn't like that I checked in at about 8:30 at night and I didn't meet any staff at the reception. I had to go to one of the guests,they told me the staffs usually leave at 8pm.and they helped me knock on the door beside the reception (looked like the kitchen) and the staff that came out looked like he had no idea about my booking,he looked confused but eventually confirmed and helped me check in. He was very calm and friendly by the way. I was really hungry when I came in but I couldn't get any food because reception was closed. And with the location of the villa, there was no nearby restaurant. Apart from that, everything was good

Lucia Villas is a wonderful place to feel totally relaxed and at home in. It has a very friendly atmosphere and it's host, Lucia, makes sure that her guests feel very welcomed , comfortable and very well cared for. My accommodation was clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped with a lovely view from the small terrace onto the nearby mountain and sea. The location is quiet yet in short walking distance to the small beach and taverna's. I can highly recommend the villa as a happy, peaceful holiday place !!

The property is well equipped with everything necessary for having a lovely time there. In 5 minutes or less, you can reach the beautiful beach of Perissa. Full of lovely places to eat. The staff is super friendly, I will come back for sure.

The location is ideal. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. It was easy to get to Fira and Oia. The local bus was very reliable, reasonable and just a 7 minute walk from the property. I highly recommend this location. It was great for 4 adults.

The humidity on the floors made it slippery.

The bathroom design: I would suggest to put a curtain for the shower, as water can splash everywhere when having a shower. The sink in the bathroom is literally useless as the stream of water coming out of the tap is close to nothing. You can’t even wash your hands.

Lucia is incredibly friendly and give you tips to where to go and how to get there! She also organised our pick up and drop off to the airport and our car rental during our stay! Air conditioning was great too! Rooms were great size and bed is comfy.

I think the shower heads could be cleaner, but the rooms do get cleaned daily which is good!

Excellent location with easy access to the beach. Lucia was super kind and rescheduled our stay due to cancelled flights which she didn’t have to do, but we were really grateful for. Nice pool with close bar area.

Our jetted pool was much smaller than those pictured but as this was a reschedule, we couldn’t grumble too much and it did the job for a quick dip to cool down. be careful of the slippery stairs/ floor though.

Lucia is extremely helpful and a great host. She gave us very good information about Santorini and places to explore. Always very helpful and very kind. I would absolutely recommend for location and generous hospitality.

The apartment had everything that we needed. It was comfortable and clean. Staff were specially warm and welcoming.

Our room had no window, so we had to open the door for ventilation.

Beautiful . Recommend but a strange room layout at number 16 . If your in that room you'll see why 😜 But beautiful best room in the house I'd say
