Mattresses were very comfortable. Clean inside and out. 1 year old hotel which is nice to stay in. Rooms are very roomy and bathroom is large. Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, stove etc. friendly employees. Laundry basket available in room for dirty clothes.

Walks. are thin. People above were constantly walking. Heard talking next door. Thermostats was manually set lower but automatically raised so it made room hot.

The hotel was very clean and inviting. The rooms were the size of a small apartment. They boasted high ceilings, a kitchen with a stove top, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a shower that had glass doors. Very impressive and for a good price.

Everything! From the moment you walk in, the hotel is clean and inviting. The room was spotless. Very spacious, updated, and had everything we needed for a nice stay. The staff was awesome. The girl who checked us in, the older woman who cashed us out for late night snacks, and the young man who checked us out were all very pleasant and extremely friendly. 10/10 should stay here when in town for a concert or show.

The location was perfect for our party. The room was beautiful, clean and modern.

The front desk person was not very friendly nor was he able to price match our stay. Also, our room would not cool down. We like to sleep in a cool room and the temperature wouldn’t go below 71.

The property was amazing, and VERY clean. Rooms were Amazing, and VERY clean as well. Staff was Great. Very Polite, and Helpful

Only thing I didn’t like about this property was their snack area. So expensive. $3 for a Costco water. I understand making money, but this is MEAN.

This was a great hotel. Clean, comfortable bed, grills to cook on outdoors, small stove, microwave, plates and silverware. You can cook a meal in your room or with their grills. If we need to stay in the area again we will definitely be back

Nice and new. Very clean. Nice rates for the quality. Close enough to Pine Knob music to stay. But far enough that traffic was light by the time we got there afterwards.

The card in the power device on the wall to make the power come on for the lights. I know it saves power. Bad location for a good idea.

The fully equipped kitchen. The stand up shower, not shower/tub combo. The comfy beds and no carpet. Very clean!

Our room was on the second floor near the outside patio area where many people were gathering talking and music playing...could hear them while trying to sleep.

Everything! Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Wish we would of stayed longer. Felt like a very nice apartment. I loved the lay out. I was very impressed by the larger size fridge/freezer and that all the cooking supplies were provided.

Everything was absolutely wonderful besides the huge dogs they let stay but overall. my stay was acceptable.
