Quiet and relaxing

No smoking in room, which is understandable, BUT you couldn't smoke outside either. You had to go to a corner at the very edge of the property. No shelter in the corner. It is their property and they can make the rules, but not very accommodating. The groundskeeper guy was a little rude about it.

Loved the location. The staff was very nice. It is basically a beach hotel. Parking was fine as well.

The swimming pool had a fence around it which was not very appealing to look at. Not sure how they can make it nicer but that was a little disappointing since it would have been nice to lay out.

I believe her name was Lori that worked at the front desk. I remember her saying she was from WI. She was extremely friendly and helpful. However there were 2 other people that worked the front desk that were very friendly or helpful. The room was great. Price was good as well as location. The room and grounds were kept very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

I wish all the staff that worked the front desk could be as friendly as Lori (the girl from WI) If she wasn't there, I probably wouldn't come back there again. All staff should be friendly and helpful.

This is a very well run hotel from the exceptionally helpful staff to the unique grab-and-go breakfast with an amazing coffee machine. It was a very popular stop over but despite being right on the public beach was neither noisy or too secluded in this very pretty area. Restaurants were near by and popular with locals as well as tourists. Wifi was good as was the TV offerings. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was showing its age. It has obviously been a popular destination for some time.

I loved room and the location of the room, 216. It was wonderful to have the beautiful view facing the ocean. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. Having the kitchen and small appliances available made it perfect for my needs. The size and character of the hotel made it more charming and friendly. I would Choose to stay there again without hesitation. Great selection of foods and beverages available each morning. Tables were available unless you chose to take food back to your room.

Not sure of the driving pattern in and out Of the hotel until I tried to back out. Once I figured it out, it was fine.

I prefer the Prestige because it has two floors and just one set of stairs to navigate. The beach is the best anywhere with beach chairs and umbresllas. The continenetal breakfast is a bonus, and the room has everything you need for preparing your own meals. I like to spend my time on the beach, and I don't eat at restaurants very much. (Sorry, Vero!)

The parkiing and the parking lot exit are a bit tight, as this appears to be an older property. People with regular -size cars need to park on the south side of the lot and leave the side nearest the rooms for small cars, as indicated by signage. Just a suggestion. I would have liked more lighting, such as ceiling lights and a light in the kitchen area, the better to cook by.

Accommodated my request for a top floor room (thank you!) Facility was very clean and quiet. Nice grab & go breakfast selection with a great quality coffee selection and liked that it was available until 10am. Complimentary laundry was a plus. Easy to get extra towels and toiletries.

Parking lot tightly spaced and a bit hard to get out of. Inability to change the A/C control to our liking due to the house rules. Need a bit brighter lighting along walkways and stairs to the rooms.

Exceptionally clean rooms that are well maintained. Full kitchen and fridge in the room. Very friendly staff. Very nice residential area with good restaurants across the street. We especially liked Dario's Italian restaurant.

Partial ocean view is almost a joke. Their is a building blocking most of the view and the ocean is at lease 1/4 mile away with sand dunes between the back of the building and the ocean. However, everything is well maintained. Breakfast was not bad considering they have no kitchen - coffee, breads, pastries, cereals, fruit and a toaster. But you do have a full kitchen and fridge in your room. Parking spots are very narrow and it is very tight to leave the property so I don't recommend coming in a pick up truck although there were a couple there.

The beds were super comfortable. The apartment was very clean. Everything that you could imagine was available for use. Kitchen dishes, silverware, plates. Most importantly, very good air conditioner.

The most annoying thing we encountered was each morning @8am,the leaf blower was extremely loud from 8am until @11am. We could not lay out by the pool or on the back deck due to the loud noise. It really was disappointing to have to deal with that.

The young lady that was working the front office on Friday September 29th went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed she was very attentive to our needs courteous respectful and overall even due to the Terrible Weather that we just happen to roll into town on our harley Davidson' she was a ray of sunshine that made our stay very enjoyable

To be completely honest the bed even though the pillows were amazing and the blanket and sheet were very soft and clean but the bed was quite uncomfortable and I don't know if it's just the one but the air conditioner in room 205 the room even when set to 65° the room never dropped below 80° at most it went down to 78° and in the summertime as all of us Floridians know that is unacceptable for a comfortable night's sleep I'm so sorry but I'm trying to be brutally honest
