I liked that the hotel is just new so all fixtures, furnishings, lobby were clean and in good condition. Our room is big and comfortable. Very big pool. There's water dispenser available in every floor and overall the place ia nice and clean.

What I didn't like is the buffet breakfast. It wasn't value for our money. They served food that was like leftover from a chinese restaurant. It was so disappointing. You should do something about this because part of our experience is the food that you serve to ur customers and it should be good enough for the money that we paid for.

We treated ourselves to this hotel as we wanted to relax and stay in a few nights, the tv didn’t work which I went down to ask about the first night. They said they’d send an engineer up and nobody came. I asked again twice over the next two days and it was never fixed which wasn’t great service. The pool layout isn’t great with not many sun loungers and the sun doesn’t really reach the pool so we didn’t end up getting in there either which was also disappointing. Rooms had a weird smell and and WiFi wasn’t great.

We were provided complimentary dinner. But before that, the hotel wanted us to get all our info and take a tour of the hotel for an hour, because we were there for leisure. Which is really absurd.

Its good and clean very comfortable. Great location, the transportation is quite accessible!

The Buffet breakfast is not that good and dont have a lot of options.

The hotel is just above the Robinson's Supermarket that's why it is so convenient for your basic requirements like food, snacks , drinks and hygiene. The receptionist, Mr. Nathan was so kind to accommodate all our requests. We requested for a room near the pool and he assigned us to a room that is two steps away from the huge swimming pool. On our check out day we asked for an extension of 1 hour and he also generously approved it. Ms. Jinky was also very friendly and warm on bringing us to the assigned room. She also offered fried tikoy in celebration of Chinese New Year.

The only minor issue is the absence of hotel kitchen. Since they just opened last December their kitchen facilities were not yet ready to serve breakfast meals for their guest. Anyway there are lots of nearby restaurants that you can have your meals.

I appreciate the spaciousness of the room, but the breakfast was mediocre, which I didn’t expect given the pricing. The buffet had limited options, and I missed out on breakfast for two days out of my four-day stay. I’ll book this place again but won’t consider breakfast inclusion.

The room is just beside the pool, and I had already requested a quiet room when I booked this place. Unfortunately, some of the guests were very inconsiderate to others. A group of six stayed up until 1 or 2 am, yapping and laughing loudly, which echoed the entire pool area and right across my room.

1. Big room, aircon working well. 2. Walking distance to white beach. 3. Establishments at the mall below. 4. Ihawan stalls and sari-sari stores beside hotel (open 24 hours) 5. Staff are friendly, greets guests all the time.

1. Better options for breakfast. 2. Cannot ask for extra key card. 1 is used for electricity, the other 1 is shared by 2 guests. Either they need to go out together always or have the other one fetch them downstairs to get access. 3. No tables and chairs outside for our room which has pool access.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were always greeted with a smile. The establishment is very good, there is a small shopping mall in the building where you can get almost all you need. The rooms we booked are next to the pool area, so we were able to access it easily from our rooms. The rooms themselves are big enough. The bed and pillows are comfortable.

The hotel itself is not on the beach front. But we were aware about it prior to booking. The beach, station 2, is like 5 to 10 minutes away by foot, so it is not a big deal. This is not really a negative, it is just to be aware of the pros and cons.

My stay at Canyon Hotel provided an excellent experience with helpful staff, a great pool area, a spacious room, and nice in-room amenities. The hotel's location was perfect, with a mall and grocery store right on the premises. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The pool area was a highlight, with access straight to our room and ample space for relaxation. The room was HUGE with high-quality bedding and thoughtful in-room amenities. The on-site mall and grocery store made it convenient to shop and stock up during the stay.
