Front desk was very professional, friendly and kind. Appreciated being able to get a handicapped accessible room as my spouse is mobility challenged. The bed and pillows were soo comfortable. The staff at the breakfast area was very present and helpful.Food was delicious.

I didn’t like how the water didn’t drain fast enough from the shower. The floor became wet creating a potential fall hazard for my mobility challenge spouse. For that reason, I would not want a handicap accessible room again.

I liked the value and it was very quiet in the location which made my stay pleasurable.

What I didn't like was the fact my room/reservation was cancelled just hours before I was to arrive from out of state. I was told it was cancelled because of over booking. The reservation was made weeks before arrival so I don't understand why this was done. Once I called and inquired, I had to rely on the reservation agent to make things right. Fortunately this was corrected. My complaint is that reservations made AFTER mine should not have been taken so I wouldn't have had to experience that awful situation. I should have received a phone call and NOT just an email. Thankfully I was checking my emails before I left for the airport.

There were a lot of shopping areas in a very short distance. That was a plus. The location wasn't far from relatives funeral home or church for the funeral. It was a couple of exits in order for my cousin to pick up, which was a big plus. This is a hotel I would recommend for family and friends to travel and stay. I will most definitely stay again.

I did not have a bad experience.

Everything was great, location was perfect to hop on the highway. Several restaurants were close by, also the hotel has there on restaurant and bar area.

There was the nasty front desk lady, she really and a nasty attitude about everything. She never let you explain your self through and always cut you off and start rolling her eyes and talking over you.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Needed a variety if meats each morning . Also did not appreciate the hidden expense through the booking service will merry use any type of booking service again. Plan on disputeing the extra fee.

Breakfast was excellent, but wish it provided more options. Staff was attentive to all our request expeditiously. The ladies that work the front desk are Awesome! I would recommend this hotel to my family, friends and clients.

Always enjoy our stays, Publixs, AMC & restaurants within walking distance, clean, hot showers, comfortable rooms, breakfast, nice people, good value.

Couldn't stay longer

I literally liked everything about the location, the room was spacious and provided a kitchenette.

The only complaint that I have is that laundry should be free for guests.

I loved the breakfast in the morning and how quick it was to get. And staff was sweet. Didn’t know however about their damage deposit so caught me off guard.

Nothing really.

The breakfast was excellent, I would like to add that Sonia, food services was most pleasurable in her treatment of the guests in ways to make them feel comfortable and welcome. I complimented her on her positivity and ability to shine light on the guests particularly so early in starting their dat. She represents Home2 suites very well. I would like to compliment the staff as I observed them as hard workers in the serving the guests.

Not enough towels and tolietries because the backlog caused a shortage, This was a grave inconvenience and disappointment. It seems to have made the staff's job more challenging
