Very close to the airport, free airport shuttle, spacious room.

Not having a timetable for the shuttle. The shuttle also only departs from the DOMESTIC terminal. We did not know this, as we arrived from the international terminal. Ended up taking a taxi to the hotel. The shuttle also only drops you off at the domestic terminal, so it was not convenient for us.

I was impressed with the hotel. It is very spacious and very well decorated. I had to pay $18 per day to park my car and the lot is not even secure. That seemed kind if outrageous to me.I was a little disappointed in the fitness center. It could have been cleaner and the door does not have keyboard entry so all can walk in freely including several children that used it as a play room. My room was quite large and nicely decorated. I was disappointed with the mini refrigerator since I was there for the whole week. It was very small so i was not able to keep much in it and there was no microwave. Overall, it is a nice hotel and I would stay there again.

Microwave in the room and a larger refrigerator. The mini is too small. I did not like paying for parking in an unsecured lot either.

Breakfast was not free.

Had to ask for a room to be clean. Several times other than not everything was fine.

Well, it was close to the airport so that is why we stayed there. The room for me and my brother was massive! We had lots of golf bags and luggage and it looked only half full. 2 double beds were very comfortable and the sheets were crisp. The room had good lighting, perfect temperature control and felt clean enough to walk around barefoot. I don't know about doing yoga on the floor in my shorts sort of clean, but my feet didn't pick up grit when walking back to the bed.

Would have liked free parking as we stayed overnight.

It was overpriced and not really good. I also thought it would be included and it was not. I have stayed at other Radisson hotels that had a breakfast buffet that were way better.

Shuttle was ratty and needs cleaning inside. There was a speaker hanging from the ceiling and it didn’t look safe. The room didn’t have coffee which made me question the cleanliness of the room. Also, the shower needs sealed between the glass and stone. Water was running on the outside floor so after every shower I mopped the floor with towels so I wouldn’t fall.

It was clean and quiet.

The bathroom

The morning food and beverage service was excellent. The front desk was courteous and of much assistance with luggage and tending to needs. The management was friendly and resolved any concerns. The restaurant served good food and drinks. A bartender with glasses was fast, courteous, and, efficient. Maintenance was friendly and fixed my light on my one night stay. Due to outage upon awaking. The property was cleanly. I paid roughly 140 dollars for the night and would definitely stay again! Thank you!

I gave only a smile because the night bartender was rude and had a personal guest at the bar that caused conflict. Their was security on site that successfully and professionally deescualated the conflict. The bathroom light being out caused tardiness. Yet I was given a late checkout.

Good location. Too bad the free airport shuttle leaves from the domestic terminal so we first had to catch another bus to that terminal (we flew in from Europe) before we could catch the airport shuttel. Very big room! Two queen beds, bathroom with all the amenities. The staff was super friendly and helpful. You really appreciated the help with our surfboards. Thank you! Hotel has been upgraded, but it is still a bot gloomy. But all in all it was a great ‘layover hotel’.

It was a bit dark in the lobby. Low ceilings. But nothing too bad. You can just see it is an old hoyel that got a make over.

The room was spacious and the staff was helpful and polite. Transportation from the airport and back helped me to make a decision as to whether I would select this hotel. That was a key factor.

The room only had a small trash can in the bathroom. Plus, we needed more towels in the room. We had to get them from the front desk. But other than that we were satisfied with the stay.

The hotel itself was nice and clean and very spacious.

They took the $100 damage deposit BEFORE I even got to the hotel to check in. The website says that they take it out upon checkin. I wasn’t even in the state of GA (meaning I could’ve cancelled trip). They took it out a day before my checkin. VERY UNACCEPTABLE! And paying for parking is a complete ripoff! If I’ve already paid for the hotel, why do I have to pay to park? Look like it at least would’ve came with complimentary breakfast.
