nice hotel, family friendly with kids corner on one of the floors and also in dining area. For off season they had decent Breakfast. They have quite large Sauna with Pool. Room were clean and friendly staff

There wasn't anything that we didn't like or enjoy.

It's not a perfect hotel, but it was one of the cheapest options in Gauja Park at our selected dates with included breakfast. In reality it looks much better than in photos. We expected some worn-out soviet style hotel, but got a normal 3 star hotel instead. Quiet and spacious rooms. We got one child bed and one baby cot for free. Staff was nice and helpful. There was cheap bike rent.

Main disadvantage is breakfast - although it was quite rich, but food wasn't tasty. There was no black tea. No coffee machine, just a tasteless coffee from thermos. Declared breakfast time is till 11:00 although if you come at 9:30 then some things would be gone. Restaurant/bar works only till 20:00 which is illogical because there are no other bars or restaurants nearby. No lounge or terrace. It was very hot in the rooms.

This is a solid property that has become a little tired. Our room number 203 was spacious and there was a fan. The breakfast was excellent and the receptionist helpful. The lift was good. Plenty of parking.

There was no soap in the bathroom and no fridge. No english TV channels.

all personel was very friendly! The meals were delicious!

Our family managed to find a time slot when we could enjoy the hotel privately. We also had a private sauna with a pool.

A staff present 24/7, no need to call

The card is also used for electricity, so impossible to charge a battery, or use the fridge when you are out of the room

We arrived very late, after 11PM and there were no problems to check in. Room was spaceous and nice, everything clean. Next morning we had a wonderful breakfast with plenty of everything.

In the girls' room, the bathroom was full of hair from previous guests and the hair dryer was also full of hair. The shower head comes directly from the ceiling and the height cannot be adjusted.

Hello, I went to breakfast at 09:10. The food was practically cold and it was a really unpleasant experience. Fortunately, the coffee was warm.

The reception was really nice - friendly, warm and professional. Bathroom is equipped with a big bathtub and very spacious. A baby cot was given on request.

Coffee at the breakfast is really bad - the most watery coffee I had ever had.
