The Hotel was fully equipped in the kitchen for everything we needed for cooking.We were there for a full week so it was helpful to have all of those things included. It was also in a very safe spot of town and easily accessed for all the places we were going throughout Springfield.We were there for a basketball tournament for a full week, and it really accommodated us fully.

This wasn't their fault but I accidentally booked a handicapped accessible room and it did not have an oven due to the fact that a wheelchair would need to go underneath the countertop. So if you do need a handicapped accessible room this was a great space. But for our case We needed an oven however because it was so fully equipped we were able to make a do.

Quiet. Good breakfast options. Easy to drive to town locations. Front desk staff very helpful for dining recommendations.

Towel rack detached. We were on the ground floor without a balcony. For the price we would have liked a balcony.

The room was clean. The staff was very nice.

When we went down for coffee in the late afternoon, all of the pots were cold. When the front desk found out they were right away getting a freash pot but by then we had other things to do.

It was quiet away from my room. Today the food was not as good as usual. I was able to get the same room that I had the two previous stays. Walk in shower, I can't get into a tub due to arthritis..

I liked every thing except the price is too high. I had an eye dr appt across the street and my eyes were dilated, so I could not see to drive the 107 miles. I did not use most of the amenities, no pool or exercise room. I just stayed in my room.

We loved everything about this property and will definitely stay here again! We're considering Springfield, MO, as a Retirement Community in approximately five years, and it was a 98 out of 100.

Breakfast was great. Everything was fresh and tasted great. We had breakfast two days in a row and was looking forward to it the next day. The cooks and servers were really nice, kind and very helpful.

The staff was excellent. Great customer service. Parking was very convenient.

The room size in the bedroom was bit cramped especially for families that are using a pack n play. Also the pool was unfortunately closed, so that was a bummer.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was much nicer than most.

The bed was a little firm for me, but I have bursitis of the hip so it is difficult to "tame" it outside of home.

Too noisy with the families with smaller children around us. You cannot close the doors without slamming them so very noisy.

Breakfast was poor. Scrambled eggs were cold. The turkey sausage links were tasteless and the andour sausage too spicy. I did eat some mixed fruit. If I had seen the oatmeal sooner I would have tried it. I will next time. Coffee was OK. The handicap room was perfect. I would like to have had a TV schedule in the room. The TV is some times difficult to navigate. But that's just me because I am old.

Breakfast could have been better. But I know you are rescricted because of Covid. I would love to have had real susage and biscuits and gravy.
