Everything was great the ppl the staff. Was so helpful nice and made sure that I had everything I needed and a little bit more. They tried to go over and above while I stayed there. They where some of the sweetest people that I have met that works for a hotel. I really would like to thank you for your staff. The only thing I can see that could be better is the breakfast could have a little bit more stuff like egg " not hard boiled" sausage or bacon biscuits as well as the bagels, bread and muffins. That is about the only thing I can think of except maybe a pool for the Canton Michigan location. But thank you again for your staff. .

The breakfast could have had a little bit more to it then just the waffles it could use some meat, eggs and maybe some potatoes.

Everything was good! Staff were very friendly, the breakfast was always good, I really enjoyed making my own waffles, the coffee was good as well, the room was really nice, everything worked as intended

Honestly, just the fact that there was construction going on with a new building being built, but thats out of the hotels control. It made it a little hard at first to find the entrance to the parking lot of the hotel, but otherwise its not a bad location at all

The location of the hotel. It was close to our event. There were plenty of food choices around. Our room was very clean, and comfortable and lacked nothing.

When we checked in at 4p. The hallway was not vacuumed yet, but we left and when we came back at 8:30 p.m., it was vacuumed and looked so wonderful. We wished breakfast would have had yogurt and fruit.

It was quiet, clean, and a place to sleep. This was our second time staying here. Staff was friendly, free basic breakfast. Nice beds. A/C worked, bathroom was clean.

Our upstairs neighbors stomped around a bit but mostly just during the day time. Sometimes the hallways smelled a little funny but our room was fine so we didn't care.

Rob The owner was super nice.

Unfortunately a discount wasn't applied, from last time. Probably a Russian 🇷🇺 lady was rude to Rob. The bathroom tub in 135 is clogged. A family refused to leave, causing a scene.

Mary, who works nights treated us like family. She loved on my Great Pyrenees and gave him treats. She went out of her way to be helpful and kind. I did not have much interaction with the day shift since I arrived at night and left early in the morning.

Beware:Wi-Fi is not secure & is not password protected. The breakfast is basic, but good.the room was clean, a good value for the price.

The last person in the room I had turned the temperature in the fridgerator all the way up, so when I went to get a pop out, they were frozen. And everything I left the room I had to have my keys reset to get back in my room. It was frustrating to get up to my room and have to turn around and go back down to get my keys reset

People, location and pricee.

Several had smoke smell, one so bad that it was uncomfortable and Ihad to clean clothes when I got home. I would have requested a change of rooms, but my husband was so tired he refused.

The experience started with check in. We got there a little early because we had somewhere to be. They were good with the early arrival. Then they gave me a room on 2 or 3rd floor. One of the gentlemen checking me in noticed that I am grey haired/71 and said "let me check to see if we have an opening on the 1st floor. AWESOME! Breakfast was good. Lots of variety and everything was tasty. Check out was pleasant.

They were paving the parking lot and was blocked off, so we had to find a different way to get to the back of the motel to check in. That was ok, though. Nice to see they were improving the parking lot. The guests above us were rather noisy, they made a lot of noise just walking, late at night and early in morning.

Beds were very comfy. Room clean. Didn't help.with a toilet problem and very friendly person helped in a short time with a new part

Our room keys didn't work on the second night. Had to go to the front desk to fix. Switch for some lamps not working
