Very nice common areas. Our group enjoyed the cafe and bar in the evening. Room was clean (minus the drain in our shower which was promptly cleaned. Would have been nice to have received some form of credit for the trouble as many others probably would not have been as nice as I was.) Location of hotel was convenient and safe.

No continental breakfast. Cafe didn't open until after our group needed.

I enjoyed the comfort of the mattress and the curtains that provided light and security from outside view. The pool was comfortable and isolated. I had the entire facility to myself.

I did not like how the bed pillows felt less plush and more like bean bags. I also had problems connecting with the wifi. The signal continued to connect and disconnect.

The room was very clean and quiet. The bed and couch are both absolutely comfortable and great for relaxing and sleeping. The curtains are perfect for keeping the room dark in the morning and having privacy at night. I will definitely be staying here again when I’m in town.

You have to pay for breakfast which I didn’t add to my stay.

This is not my first time at this hotel Its perfect place to have a getaway but not really getaway.

The fact that the deposit was $250 and I did not find out until I got there!!! I understood why because it was New Year Eve... The lady at the front desk was very nice about everything... I know it was company policy but I heads up would have been nice

The staff was very friendly and caring. I had thrown by back out prior to this business trip. One employee went out of her way to pray for me. That meant a lot!

It would have been nice to have free coffee and a complimentary breakfast, such as you find in other hotels. The price of a small coffee, which is Starbucks, is high. Not to mention the high prices of other food and beverage items.

Cleanliness of the room, hallway, etc. Bed was very comfortable. We had a good overnight stay.

Didn't like that there was no microwave in the room, and for the cost, breakfast should've been included. I wasn't buying that expensive food.

The pool was absolutely freezing! Even the kids didn’t care about swimming in it again after the first time. That was disappointing. The pull out couch was terrible, as all you could feel/see were the springs.

I wish there were more awning over the side door, as I did get rather wet trying to balance the key card umbrella and computer bag.

I had thought my reservation was confirmed a week before but on checking date it was not. Hotel quoted a price well over original price so we went on Booking.com and saved over 100 dollars for same booking..love this site
