The staff were friendly

I was reporting to the manager upon checkout that there were roaches in my bathroom and one of the sheets on the bed was not Clean,he seemed as if he didn't care This was truly a change. I stayed at the same hotel,same room less than a month ago.....So this time I was disappointed.

The start there was great but we had to leave early for to the hurricane and we were unable to get a refund from the property. We contacted booking.com directly but took several days to get thru to someone even after holding several times for over 30 mins.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I love that they had a hot tub which few hotels have. It is very convenient, economical and time saving that they include breakfast.

Unfortunately, our tv didn't work! There was no signal and when we were trying to get it to work we realized that it was missing the HDMI cable! Our room was also missing the ice bucket. They did provide a microwave and a refrigerator but not a coffe maker.

It was close to my mom. I ended up staying a few more nights my mom had surgery at lawnwood. She didn’t make it she passed on 10/24/23. But it was less stressful to know we had somewhere to go after the long days we had i appreciate it.

I think it was really good for its price location and easy access to Florida Turnpike and I 95 continental breakfast included .

In reality, everything was just perfectly fine nothing negative to say about days in, thank you to the staff and everybody

Nice hotel, room was a good size, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was fine.

After going to our room, I was entering the elevator and the clerk from the front desk was there, I informed her that our tub was dirty, black scum ring, and that a box of empty IV bags was outside our door. She never addressed those two issues. When checking out I informed the desk clerk, I took him up to the 3rd flood where our room was and showed him the dirty laundry and trash stacked in several places along the hallway and the IV box outside our door. All this had been there from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. He was not happy with all this and threw the box with the IVs into a large trash bag that was by elevator. Hopefully he spoke to the cleaning staff.

Room was clean and ok for the most part lobby smelled great staff was very friendly

Elevator seemed a bit off, side doors you couldn't entire through, and feeling less then standard size soda bottles for like $3 which is insane and the bed...is was not very comfy at all

I love the food and the staff ⚕️ was excellent also the house keeping kept my room nice and neat

The price was a bit expensive 🫰 for each night also a $50 deposit why what for that's extra money smh

The room and premises were clean. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were small and too soft for our liking. The breakfast was well laid out and there was some variety ie (hot and cold).

Staff super nice. Clean room. Staff at breakfast always cleaning. Same girl cleaning entrance area during day as well. She was always busy cleaning.

Rug in elevator needing cleaning. Wld be simple to just switch out from time to time. Looked like it had been there for years. Gym was closed for the entire week there.
