Room was nice, spacious, and bed was good. Would have liked an additional pillow. Good value considering rates at other hotels and the fact it was a holiday.

The facility only had one elevator and it was pretty slow, so we often took the stairs. Pool not the best. Initially I received communication that an early check in at 2pm could be accommodated, but upon checking in around 220, I was told it would be a $50 fee and to come back in 30 minutes.

The room was spacious and well furnished. The in-room coffee was a plus and there were plenty of towels for the number guests that were expected for the room.

The location of the family room was kind of a spooky walk from the front desk, but the children enjoyed it and took it in stride like an unexpected adventure. The breakfast was not available on the days that we stayed.

I found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable the staff was very nice.

I did not like the breakfast that was part of your hotel stay it really needs a facelift it did not look appealing actually I did not eat anything in there I just took two bananas.

My room was very clean and very quiet, which was important to me. The staff was very friendly and professional. I saw a marquis sign that talked about a restaurant on premises but I saw no restaurant and there was nothing in the room stating what services the hotel offered.

My room had a beautiful view of Eureka bay and the Samoa Bridge. However, the window was so filthy dirty on the outside it took away from the view. Pillows on bed too thick. Need a variety of pillows.

The setup of the room, the posters from different years of their local jazz festivals told a story. And when the hotel discovered there was a leak dripping down to my room they were able to accommodate me in a timely fashion to a great room.

Not many food options in immediate area but 5 minutes walking or so you'll find options downtown.

The room was very large and very clean. Bed was comfortable and we both slept very well.

Breakfast was disappointing. The a/c did not seem to cool the room. To be fair, the humidity was very high so the unit did not dehumidify the air enough to really cool it down.

They have wonderful staff checking people in, and 3 people were helping when I walked up. The lady I had was super helpful and friendly. At check out it was the same way, and everyone was very friendly and nice. The room was very clean and cozy.

Comfortable clean room with lots of space, king suite is worth it. Staff were friendly and the grounds were awesome.

There is only one entrance.. and very long hallways.. so you’re gonna get your steps in for the day if you’re at the end of the hall 😂 but that’s ok

The only disappointment was the water was cold in our shower. The staff should make sure to let customers know it takes a long time for the water to warm up!

I liked how close everything was to the attraction that my partner and I went to. The Denny’s is close by as well as the bay front restaurant. The Sequoia Park Zoo is near by too a fun spot to hang out.
