The staff, location, rooms , pool, and gym (steam, sauna) amenities were superb....I would say 5 stars all the way. The hotel is stylish, rooms are impressively well appointed and gorgeous. The staff warm and well trained. The pool is huge and probably the best I have enjoyed. Location is idyllic, peaceful and picture postcard. Mountains on either side and a huge sandy beach with fringe lined coconut trees. A jewel and perfect for R&R.

The only issue we had was the airport transfer. It was hell. The worst transfer I have ever experienced. 90 mins of bendy roads at pace. When I enquired about a transfer to the hotel. I was told the hotel bus was not available until 10 am. We arrived at 8am. We were quoted $100 for the hotel car. We declined and took a local taxi. I arrived badly, car sick. Was dreadful. I would still recommend this hotel as it is a gem, but make sure u get the hotel bus. The hotel needs to understand that charging an excessive $100 for what i feel should be a courtesy will push people to take a 3rd party taxi, and their first impression will be severely tainted.

Our target was to relax and chill out and the resort was the right place to do so. It is one hour and a half away from puerto Princesa airport, so we requested for transportation roundtrip which they provided to us. The location is great, isolated with a nice private beachfront with sun-beds and umbrellas which we enjoyed during the day. The resort has a big pool in the middle and our room was a pool front which was amazing. The gym was nice and we tried some spa treatments and massages and they were very good and staff are very professional and well trained. The hotel is brand new; they opened on December 2023. The rooms are clean and well maintained. It is worth mentioning that The day manager Mr. Aaron made our stay beyond the expectation. He gave us so many suggestions for trips and recommendations to enjoy Palawan. He should be appreciated for all the efforts he is doing. He treats the guests elegantly and make their stay special. He is the right person in the right place. He also understands the culture of the guests and how to treat them properly. Thank you Mr. Aaron; we are glad that we met you. He arranged for us the underground river trip and a trip to elnido where we did hop on hop off islands and it was nice. The resort staff are well trained, we would like to appreciate all their efforts and thank them for what they do.

- To have more variety of food options. Breakfast and dinner options were limited. The food is good, however, I would recommend to have more food options specifically for vegan people and persons with allergies. I’m allergic to seafood and felt my food options were limited specially we stayed for 4 days.

The staff. Absolutely everybody are doing tremendous job. Mostly thanks to their effort our stay was outstanding. Special thanks to Rose, Marvin, Alli, Gerald and Rubelyn.

In my opinion due to high standards of the hotel, such amendments as a kayak or paddle board shall be free of charge for guests.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Top notch.

1/ The pool bar was really slow. They only had 2 working at any given time and food would take at least 30 to 45 minutes. So going up to the pool bar was a waste of time. Drinks would take a long time as well. They need a better staffing model. 2/Having one kitchen was not helpful. Room service would take an hour. If you did not want to partake in the buffet, a la carte would take an hour. 3/The general Buffet was very expensive for the selection of food offered. 4/The a la carte menu always had alot of items unavailable.

All of the staff were so wonderful, but I’d like to specially thank Joseph and Getal for making our stay exceptional and to Yna for her wonderful towel art :) I caught a cough early on in our stay and went to bed early. To my pleasant surprise, the next morning at breakfast, Joseph had requested for the team to offer ginger tea to me as he noticed I was unwell. It’s these little details that made our stay so enjoyable. Aside from the exceptional staff - Breakfast was great (good options for those looking for local breakfast dishes + for those with a European palette), the beds were super comfortable, the rooms were very spacious and everything was very clean.

It’s located in a relatively secluded area so the dining out options are quite limited to the hotel. This doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a downside for everyone but we stayed for 10 days and there’s only a handful of places around to eat.

Beachfront hotel. Not crowded. Helpful staff. Local atmosphere. The entire staff was very helpful. The reservation team helped arrange Underground River tour and transfers from Puerto Princesa for my group. When our Underground River tour was canceled due to weather, the front desk team rescheduled our tour for the next morning and arranged late checkout so that we could freshen up after our tour before checking out. The location is not crowded. The hotel is right on the beach with lounge chairs and hammocks. It’s very nice for stargazing and listening to the ocean waves.

Since it's still a new hotel, the food choices were not much enough, hopefully it could have more choices or at least open for one more restaurant. The beach is clean and not crowded, the pool is good and clean with a pool bar. All the employees doing great job, from the manager to the front desk and even the housekeeping were fluent in English. Especially, the staffs in kid's club, they're so friendly to the children with some good activities to do together.

Looking forward there's more food choices. Another thing is, we booked shuttle service, sometimes we felt that our car followed the car in front of us was too close, which we felt a little bit worried, but the driver's driving skill is fine.

The hotel Four Points exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect, new, cleaned on the daily basis, not to mention how comfortable the bed and the sheets were! Also the people working there made our stay ever more pleasant. We enjoyed being in contact with them, they were always ready to help and were not even a little intruding. Food - breakfast and dinner buffet: 10/10! We enjoyed our stay so much, we decided to extend our stay there for another two days. Thank you!

It was very clean and sabang beach is still a really nice and quiet beach. The stuff was super friendly.

Things did not run smooth because the hotel had recently just opened. Which is totally fine. There was a problem with our room and we had to wait for 1,5 hours and we were just super tired from our trip (+ 2 little kids). The staff at the restaurant was also really nice but they often where overwhelmed and mostly forgotten something from the things we’ve asked for. Either because of missing structure in their work or there were to nervous and afraid to make a mistakes.

Well-equipped, modern hotel with extraordinary friendly personnel. Excellent beach and scenic surroundings, spacious room, delicious regional and continental breakfast (included) and choices of food around the day. The place looks even better than on the pictures.

The menu in the restaurant could have been more diverse. Beach closes for swimming at 6 pm, the pool at 8. Bathroom not perfectly clean (but almost). These are all minor inconveniences in an overall excellent stay!
