Beautifully appointed hotel with high quality fittings and furniture. We stayed in Victoria room which was quite small but was fine for us. There is also a comfortable lounge with an honesty bar and a garden area with comfortable outdoor furniture. There is a hot tub that needs to be booked and paid for separately. The location is great - easy walking distance of Burnham Market but very quiet.

We could clearly hear noise from other rooms, including one neighbour snoring and one who had early morning starts (5.30 and 7am on the days we stayed) and who unfortunately repeatedly let the room door slam shut and consequently had us wide awake. There was also a bit of a drain smell in the room.

Lovely place for a family with two young kids. A cute room for the kids with two single beds in the eaves (interconnecting but with no door to separate). Quite small but very well appointed - dressing gowns, slippers, water bottles, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, air conditioning. Very big and comfy bed. Communal spaces are also lovely - hot tub was great, lounge area stylish and honesty bar well stocked and tastefully styled. A short stroll into Burnham Market where there are shops, a delicious bakery, deli and a lovely pub. Less than 10 min drive to some beautiful beaches.

Slight smell of drains in the bathroom. TV on an angle that made it difficult to watch. Neither of these were big issues, however.

Five minutes walk from everything in Burnham Market. Good instructions for entry (no staff for check in). Plush, comfortable, very well equipped. Everything was new, shiny and worked properly. The building had loads of character, including an actual railway carriage for one of the rooms. There was a well stocked honesty bar for late night (quiet) revelry. Friendly staff members around in the morning.

Honestly? Nothing.

Exceptionally clean and smelt like a spa as you walked in. Beautifully decorated with a lovely communal area with drinks and snacks .

We had noisy neighbours in the next room the first night. Laughing and screaming until gone 1.30am. Not the fault of the owners but annoying never the less. One of our two parking spaces was taken by someone else so we had to park one of our cars in the village car park.

Really nice room (although not as big as it looked on the photo), comfy bed and good shower. All very clean. We stayed in Piccadilly and we found it to be quiet - we didn't hear or see much of other guests. There was some outside noise but that's to be expected. There is a nice calm, relaxing atmosphere to the place and the communal seating areas inside and out are a nice touch - as was the honesty bar.

It's a great place to stay if you want to be in Burnham Market. However, we found that Burnham Market was very limited on places to eat or drink - some of which are very expensive. We arrived on a Tuesday and pretty much everywhere was closed that evening. We struggled to get breakfast and there a limited places for dinner or even for a drink. So you do need to be prepared to get in your car.

Great location , and lovely building and house, great clean rooms, the weather was lovely so we made use of the outdoor facilities, your house keeper is an asset to your company .

The EV charger is poorly located, anyway, if you try to connect to it you are blocking people in, be that other guests or the locals who live in the houses across from it.

I would give this 10 out of 10...beautiful inside and out,..met some of the staff who were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

A small thing....the shutters in 'Victoria' dont shut out the light, so curtains would be a good idea as when it gets light at 4.30 am during the summer you get woken early.

Excellent location with the added bonus of allocated parking. An unusual building which gives it real character. Very good facilities for a room only hotel. Friendly housekeeping staff kept the hotel to a very high standard. Extras such as umbrellas and honesty bar were appreciated.

Soundproofing of the bedroom needs improvement as other guest noise can be sporadically intrusive - but this is a minor quibble.

The facilities were great and the room was very clean, the location was very pretty and would love to stay again there, if there was a more secluded room for piece and quiet.

The room next door to us was a couple or family( there were a lot of people coming in and out of the room) with 2 young children which were so inconsiderate for any other guests, slamming doors, children screaming and then starting al over again at 6am. I understand young children can't easily be controlled but there was no hint of the adults even trying, they were just behaving as it was their own house and were the only ones there. It was a real shame as we do not have children and went there for piece and quiet.

We were particularly impressed with the lounge area for guests use. There was also an honest bar which was a lovely extra (although we didn't actually use it) and an outside seating area for better weather. Everything was decorated to a very high standard as were the facilities in the room including a coffee pod machine. We would definitely stay here again when we are next in the area.
