The rooms were big and had a fridge, microwave, and small stove. The facilities were nice and updated.

Some of the lights in the room did not work. We used booking.com to make the reservation, but because the last name on the booking website is different from the one on my drivers license they would not let us check in, until it matched. Since booking.com has my maiden last name it has been like that for years. I still use it every year with a different last name and never had an issue, so it was a bit of an ordeal to get the website to change my last name. The staff was friendly throughout the process.

Location was convenient - being close to restaurants, bars and the Xcel Energy Center. The hotel was clean, offered a complimentary breakfast and the staff was friendly and pleasant. Rooms were spacious, well thought out in terms of layout and contained a kitchenette as well as a living room area. Bed was comfortable with nice linens and the shower was large and clean.

Hotel cancelled my booking due to delayed flight (despite me calling in advance to advise of delay). Luckily the lady on duty (apologise I can't remember her name; but she was excellent) was able to reinstate the booking. Card reader at check-in wasn't working properly - very frustrating when arriving 5 hours late at 4am!

We loved that there was valet parking, easy check in and the rooms were MASSIVE! Totally didn't expect to have that much space in a room and the shower was huge and the kitchenette was practically a full size kitchen. There was also a wonderful spread for breakfast

The pool was pretty small and while down for breakfast, the tables that had outlets on them weren't plugged in.

The place was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I love this place! Definitely will come back here.

This was an amazing property! It is very clean and modern and has all the amenities you could possibly need! The staff were all extremely nice and helpful! It is very close to restaurants and the Xcel Center which was the reason for our stay. It’s located right off the highway and easy to get to. I could keep going with more amazing things to say but I’ll stop here. lol. I would HIGHLY recommend!!

That you have to pay to have your vehicle valet parked.

Breakfast was ok. I wish there was more fresh fruit options. The hot options were not made on site. They were frozen breakfast sandwiches warmed up.

The fan in our bathroom stayed on throughout our stay and was noisy. There were other random noises in the room.

Property was great. Staff was helpful. Location was nice.

$25 charge for valet parking is really high. There was also a very unpleasant odor coming from the plastic comforter bag in the closet.

The location was perfect. Very close to my sister's wedding reception. And the room was super cozy.

They valet couldn't find our car in the morning. But the manager was very helpful. My husband went to the garage with her and found it immediately.

Quiet and clean. We stayed in a comfortable king studio. Like that they offered a free shuttle. We used it to go to a bar/restaurant and concert at Xcel. Great hot breakfast buffet in the morning.

There is nothing that I didn't like.
