The room was spacious, there was enough parking, and there were fresh cookies one afternoon. For some rreason, they gave us an accessible room, so there was lots of room for us to spread out.

The mattress was a standard innerspring mattress. We were in a king-sized bed, so unfortunately, that means the two people will both roll toward the center of the bed. We stay in more than a few hotels every year. I can't remember the last time we had a bed with an innerspring mattress. These days, they're mostly memory foam. Or at the very least, they has a memory foam tipper on them to help with comfort and reduce motion transfer. No topper whatsoever. So not only was it uncomfortable, I could also feel every move the other person made all night long. Ugh. Didn't get much sleep those 2 nights, and woke up stiff from the too firm-ish mattress. Everything else was decent and modern. Spring for decent mattresses, Hampton Inn! We expect better from you!

Property is clean and staff is always helpful.

Have stayed here quite a few times over the last few years and my one comment I would make, and this is for every room we’ve stayed in, is that many of the outlets near the bed and desk don’t hold the plug enough to allow a device to charge. I’ve had to plug phones in the bathroom which is very inconvenient.

Same complaint as I provided for my review of Chesterfield Missouri. The mattresses are awful. All three of my family members struggled to sleep comfortably and we woke up with back aches.

The room was very clean! I used both the hot tub and the pool, both were great and clean. I liked being able to go to the bar that they have in the connecting hotel.

The only semi bad thing I have to say is I wish the breakfast was a bit better! The breakfast was alright, there was a decent selection to choose from.

My daughter stayed for a concert. She said the stay was wonderful! You were one of the few that allowed a 20 year old to check in which was a huge help to ensure her safety and comfort. Thank you!

I thoroughly enjoyed the young man, Emery, he was so ambitious and friendly during the breakfast rush!

I requested to speak to the manager at which time I informed him of Emery and commented about him as a valuable asset to Hampton Suites. At which time he saw Emery rushing back to the service area which was extremely busy. After beckoning for him a couple times he commented “well I could have told him if he was listening to me”. I felt that was unprofessional and unfair. You have an employee who is trying to take care of business and you complain about that. I can only hope Emery found out that he had been complimented. Although I hold out little hope with management like that

Everything was really good. Breakfast was decent and included. Rooms was very clean and well set up. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool and hot tub were nice but probably are due for a good cleaning.

Everything was very clean with the exception of some small stains on the chair in our room. The pool was a good temperature. The bar was clean and service was amazing. All of the staff that I interacted with were very pleasant.

There was a bit of a weird smell in our room. I also would have liked to have some gluten-free options for breakfast. I cannot have gluten so the breakfast was very limited for me.

Very clean, well kept hotel. It was quiet beds were comfortable! The bathroom was spotless. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. The only ugh was the coffee was not good, the apple juice was cute water and not many options to eat for diabetics.
