The staff were there to be approached. They didn't constantly check if you were OK. Which is a good balance. When you did ask for something they were very accomodating. Bedroom was clean, housekeeping good. Towels fluffy, sheets crisp. Pillow supportive. Large shower, separate toilet. Lots of lighting options. TV (not smart). Staff speak English as a second language.

It would be helpful if we were informed about the availability of coffee/tea to guests who do not take breakfast. The shower is in the room. It does have a part frosted door but when you are staying with a family member it can be awkward. We found if you didn't have the light on it helped with the privacy. Not ideal but it worked out OK for us. Fridge door kept catching on the hinges.

Stayed in apartment G23/C. Absolutely spotless, modern and fully -equipped, top location, very comfortable rooms. Check-in, -out, and access to apartment couldn't be easier. Excellent customer service from young man at reception. The apartment is very well-maintained with good Wifi and all supplies/amenities needed, which were also all new and/or in excellent condition. Plus it was even more spacious than expected. With Genius discount a real unexpected gem.

No fault of the hotel: just beware that it's in an old building, so sound insulation is lacking - could easily hear conversations of the neighbours (and probably vice versa).

Very beautiful venue, elegant and modern. Big, comfortable room.

The staff was not on a level one could expect. First, they blocked 50 Euros (I had already paid in advance the costs of the only night I spent there). I asked them why and they answered perhaps I'd like to have breakfast... for 50 Euros??? Felt like they'd suspect me of destroying the furniture. I ordered a taxi, they told be it would only arrive within 20 min, after 30 min it finally arrived. Talking to the driver it turned out that there were lots of taxis available and the receptionist has called a private service owning only few cars.

-Hotel in the very center of the old town, close to attractions. Comfortable rooms in a modern style, interesting bathroom arrangement. Better lighting for reading by the bed would be useful -Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Special thanks for your help and unparalleled kindness in organizing my son's stay to study in Liege

-Unfortunately, there are construction works close to the hotel - the old town is currently being renovated, but this applies to a large part of Liege - it will be beautiful later! - No hotel parking. Public parking available in the immediate vicinity of the hotel =>Parking St Denis - paid (one of the cheaper ones, 16 Euro/day). Unfortunately, construction works made access to the parking lot difficult - but this is temporary

This was a very last minute booking after I realized I had not included the correct dates for another hotel. The apartment is fantastic. Two levels, with two separate sleeping areas loft style on the upper level. Both areas with twin beds in each but pushed together so it still feels like one bed. Washing/Dryer combo, an oscillating fan, and an AC unit upstairs. Small kitchen area with a small fridge ( no freezer). Kitchen basics included (pots, dishes silverware, cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave). Lots of space. Absolute fantastic English speaking front desk service! Great location with stores and restaurants all around! Extremely good value for the money!

This particular unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. This was fine for us when we were running in and out, but the spiral stairs (steep in some points) were definitely challenging when carrying suitcases up (down not so bad). No parking immediately onsite (but this is the case for almost all hotels in Liege City Center). A parking garage is not too far away.

The hotel and the rooms were lovely, all very clean and comfortable and felt secure.

The staff were not very friendly or helpful. It did not match the experience of the rest of the hotel. Separately, not a reflection of the hotel at all, but for those considering going to Liege, I found it a little intimidating as a solo female. There were quite a few dodgy characters I encountered when walking around, and liege, while beautiful, does seem to have a lot of social problems. The hotel was in a good part of the town for walking around, but as it's on a quiet street, i felt cautious about walking to and from it in the evening.

The situation is brilliant. Close to the centre, quiet in the evening and surrounded with lovely restaurants and snacks. We were super happy to get that deluxe room that was spacious, stylish and practical. I loved the air conditioning that offers us a lovely night after a disastrously long walk in torrential rain. 🙋‍♂️❤️

Minor things about the staff I might have found a bit off, but it’s ridiculous even to mention these things. It was a very pleasant experience.

The most outstanding impression we got was from the staff including the manager. Although not everything was perfect the team was always at hand to help and gave us the feeling, that we were truly welcome. The manager seemed to be there around the clock and was not only a great help in finding decent restaurants but was also always attentive and humorous. He and his staff made our 3 days stay a real pleasure. Breakfast was very good with a large variety of cheese and cold cuts and smoked salmon as well as fruit and cereals. All kind of sweet breads (Croissant etc.), normal bread and Baguettes were at hand. Smoothies, freshly squeezed orange juice, a variety of teas and coffees were also offered.

There was a shortage of staff sometimes. I presume that therefore no scrambled eggs, bacon etc. was being offered - still the breakfast was very good! And the "everywhere"-Manager compensated the absence of staff members extremely well!!!

Bedding was clean! Separate water closet. Really yummy sushi only 2 blocks away. Efficient friendly checkin and easy checkout. Minimal light pollution since window faced a brick wall. Really friendly staff with good English (Belgium is a french speaking country)

All streets surrounding this hotel smell so heavily of urine it made me vomit. Some areas that are very visible were super dirty. The window doesn't open more than an inch or so, but you're not missing any views as our window was maybe 1 ft away from the wall of a neighboring building. If people want a room with twin beds, they probably don't want their travel buddy to watch them shower Absolutely no privacy for shower area. Shower seal DOES NOT WORK. Do not place any clothing in front of shower!!! AC helped but when we arrived it was 25° in the room, cleaners should have turned AC on so it wasn't unbearable arriving to the room. We did not notice an elevator and the stairs were unlit very dangerous stairs. Luckily we only had to go up one floor.

The Hotel is located in an extremely calm part of the city, near the city center. It has exciting community spaces, excellent breakfast. The city centre, bustling with young people, is a few streets away. The room was spacious and clean. The bath is quite special in that it is separated from the room only by a glass wall. The windows looked at the roofs, but in a city with such dense buildings, this is not surprising.
