The staff are very friendly and happy to help whenever needed. The food in the hotel restaurant was beautiful and great service from the staff in the restaurant. Our room was very spacious and a good temperature, it was serviced everyday with fresh bedding and towels. The hotel was a good location to the main attractions in Canggu and very secure throughout the night.

The balcony looked out onto several trees, was not able to sit out there and enjoy our time. The check-out process took a while as wanted to make sure the room was acceptable, staff wanted to charge us for a stain on the bedding which wasn’t us. When we arrived we could tell the bedding hadn’t been changed due to serval stains on the sheets, when mentioned, staff assured us the bedding has been changed but was unable to change that night due to no clean bedding.

It was our first stop and our trip to Bali couldn’t start better !! Everything was perfect . The location was really good for what we wanted to see . The room is much better than photos show and the best part of course is the stuff , very kind and always with a smile ( special thanks to the breakfast team for serving us the most delicious breakfast) For sure we recommend it and hope to come back again .

Everything! Kemilau was centrally located within walking distance of local bars and restaurants yet was set on a quiet peaceful street. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms were well-appointed and styled. We extended our stay for an additional night, because it was so good! Would stay again.

It was perfect for what we were after. There wasn't anything that we didnt enjoy. We did have one issue with the temperature of the water in the shower. But the staff came to fix it immediately and had it perfect in no time.

This hotel villa was amazingly clean and modern. They checked us in an hour early which was a nice touch. Staff were friendly. A nice anniversary display was made along with a cake which was also a nice touch. Very spacious lounge area and kitchen facilities. Highly recommend.

The only down side to my stay was that there was construction work going on which we were not told about before hand. They said construction was between 11am-5pm, but it started earlier, sometimes 8am. The construction was straight ahead of our pool so it was hard to forget about.

the room was lovely and modern and very clean with everything you would need for a short stay. breakfast was good and fairly cheap with accommodating staff.

We didn’t hire mopeds- on maps this looks like a short walk to the main area of Canggu however the roads are not safe to walk along so it would be better to walk along the beach or use taxis. However, there is some restaurants etc within walking distance. The pool area is beautiful however quite small, with only tables and chairs- there is no loungers so you can’t lay around the pool.

Super clean and beautifully designed Villa. We were on the ground floor and the rooms were huge with a stunning bathroom and courtyard. Was also so nice to have a front veranda facing the pool. The pool itself was a nice size to as some in Bali can be miniature. The breakfast was a highlight! Great options and all really fresh.

There is currently construction going on at the Villa and beside - we were aware of this and they did apologies many times but can be annoying if your after a really peaceful break. Would be nice if there were some communal chill out places.

Room was beautiful and clean. Bed was comfortable. Cafe was in a nice outdoor area with a beautiful breeze. Nice and tropical feeling.

There was a void next to the bathroom and noisy neighbours would come home every night and was so loud it felt like they were in the room with us. Almost asked to change rooms :(

The villa was beautiful and spacious, and had everything we could of needed. Everything was clean and tidy inside the villa. The location was great and easy to get around all of Canggu from. Staff were easily available and were helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

We were not made aware of building work happening around the villa prior to booking or arrival, therefore from 8am each day there was banging, drilling, hammering etc. Additionally, the pool was not clean therefore we didn't use it, but we believe it was dirty from the dust etc from the building works which was a shame.

Beautiful and new. Everything is very pretty and the rooms are large and clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The hotel is close to shops, restaurants, and the beach! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. Breakfast was great with nice options! Staff was kind

Maybe mosquito zappers in front of the rooms or more throughout the property!
