location is close to the ocean, though you will need a taxi to get into a town center. some nice cafes, supermarkets, massages nearby. rooftop pool is amazing (though lacks sun umbrellas) with ocean and sunset view, staff is perfect, food is good. there is another pool on the ground floor. Hotel itself is very stylish and cozy. apart from many comments there’s no much noise from construction and music from the clubs didn’t bother us. would definitely come back again. closest beach is pretty clean

Awesome roof top pool and nice earth pool , reasonably good location, beach is walking distance , eco friendly, a lot of eateries nearby. quite quiet at night eventhough theres a beach club nearby.. atlas n finns are very near if u r a party goer. the room is spacious ,shower water pressure is good. stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. perfect for a family with teens

1. the TV reception is really bad.. the chanel is distorted and the living room tv wasnt working.. in this modern age i would suggest them to have a smart tv so that the guest can log on into their own acc to watch their programmes such as amazon prime , netflix. need the smart tv it would be nice to relax in the room to watch your fav shows after a long day exploring Bali 2. i went to the roof pool in the morning , sadly the cafe next to the pool wasnt clean properly a lot of dirty plates and food leftovers which turned me off. Please make sure the bar/cafe is properly clear before the morning starts. this is already 730am in the morning,

I booked this stay for my mother that would like easy access to the beach (which she got and was delighted). Value for money is also really good considering each room is equipped with a small kitchen. Staff was very helpful, answered questions honestly, and my mother felt she was taken care of

The only downside is that you're close to Atlas Beachfest (less then 1km away, super noisy!) Only because she's a light sleeper. So if you're a heavy sleeper you should be fine

The location is near to food places - warungs, cafes, restaurants. There is something for everyone. There is also a frestive supermarket within walking distance which sells vegetables and fruits on top of the usual personal care and laundry needs. Staff highlighted the sound from Atlas and constructions opposite the main lobby at check in.

Our room faces the rice field and Atlas Beach Club. The sound is really loud if you want to have an early night. There is also a villa next to the hotel rooms. Over the weekends, there was a party crowd and it was so loud until midnight. So if you want quiet, ask for the rooms nearer to the swimming pool. We had young kids who slept early and the noise is really disruptive.

Construction site very noisy and difficult to sleep in but moved rooms for a more comfortable stay

Having been to Bali a few times and stayed in some beautiful villas, at first I wasn't sure if I made the right decision it being a very standard hotel room, could have been a Premier Inn, could have been anywhere. But once I saw the rooftop pool I knew I did make the right decision - it's really special, being able to swim and look over at the sea. That and the wonderful hospitality of the staff, I felt very comfortable and safe and it was a great option especially as a solo female traveller.

I'm not sure if anyone could do anything but there were sometimes some very bad smells coming from the sink - an almost sewagey smell. And since it's a studio, I felt a bit uncomfortable sleeping in the same room, breathing in that smell. The hotel is also a bit of a maze at first - I had to ask the staff to show me around and how to get to different parts of the hotel the next day - it wasn't very clear or very well signposted. This could be better, as I got a bit flustered on my first morning. It would also be nice if the hotel rooms had a bit more of a Balinese touch, with regards to the decor. Also the kitchen could have done with just a few more things, like an extra cereal bowl (there was only one!) And extra pillows, only two for a double bed.

Facilities are awesome.Location is good near the beach and from walking distance to the club. But you might listen music from Finns beach club during night

Noise all around.

The location is in the middle of all the main aspects of Canggu - main town centre, beach, clubs - but still in a fairly peaceful spot. You can get pretty much anywhere with an easy 5 min ride on a scooter. The pool area is blissful and the in-house day spa is magnificent. Rivera Bar close by is very classy and well worth a visit for the food and upmarket drinks (barrel aged Negroni). The staff at Citadines are truly exceptional. As friendly and helpful as you could possibly ask for. Special shout out to Fitria in Guest Services for her advice and assistance in helping us switch rooms which made a massive difference to enjoyment of our stay.

Canggu being what it is, there is a bit of construction going on around the hotel. If you get a room on the Ocean side of the hotel (Jan 2025) then it's likely to be a bit noisy during the day / early morning with hammering and banging. The Atlas beach club also fires up on the weekends and (even though it's a fair distance away) the sound carries at night. I asked to be moved to a room on the Canggu side after the first night and it was very quite and tranquil over there. A perfect room for the money. Without the construction noise (which the hotel can't control) it would be hard to fault this place.

We spent the first week of our anniversary trip here. It was a great choice. Modern, very clean and beautifully designed with quiet, relaxing spaces. The hotel is perfectly located. 5 mins from the beach and 5 mins from bars, cafes, restaurants. The food is great, Breakfast has everything you need, Balinese, Continental and American choices with added choice of heartier food like Carbonara, lasagne and grilled chicken. Fresh roasted coffee is served and a choice of juices. We lounged in the rooftop restaurant and bar, good food and drink again and reasonably priced. The staff were attentive and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

We overlooked a construction site so the noise was a bit annoying first thing in the morning. We were out of the room a lot so it was ok. The whole area is being developed so it's hard to avoid building work.

There was lots to like about this place! Especially in comparison to other hotels I've stayed at in Indonesia. Super clean, with very thorough daily cleaning by housekeeping. Kitchen had all the basics we needed to cook some food. Good safety and security with use of proximity card to access hotel areas. USB outlets and universal outlets in the walls, so no need to bring your adapters! Rooms were accessible by stairs or lift and front entrance had stairs and a ramp, so was easy for my partner, who is disabled, to get around. Friendly hotel and cafe staff, with tasty food options, especially the french fries. My room had a balcony with a nice view, which was very nice to sit out on and relax. Berawa beach was only a few minutes' walk and was pretty decent. Lots of local restaurants, as well as pharmacy and mini marts around. Staff had good English and always greeted us when we passed them. Didn't get a chance to use any of the pools, but there were great views from the rooftop.

Lots of construction around and noises throughout the night, but not too bad. The TV was a smart TV but couldn't connect to our apple devices. Staff said it seems to work on Android devices though but couldn't test that out for myself. Pretty long waiting times for food in the cafe, but it looks like they're about to open the restaurant which has buffet options for breakfast so that will much speedier once that opens. Pretty bad traffic in the area as it looks like there aren't a lot of roads that go directly to where you want to go. A place 2km way on the map will actually be 10km drive/walk because there is no road and you have to around a long way.
