The location is just stunning, gorgeous view and walking distance to lots of great cafes and shops. It's very peaceful and we loved being surrounded by nature. The grounds are large and the pool is clean and refreshing. The staff were very helpful and it was easy to organise transport. Would definitely stay here again.

We had read the reviews so we were prepared, but good to know that there's no soundproofing between the two adjoining rooms in each block. The wall between the bathroom and the bedroom doesn't go all the way to the ceiling and there's no window in the bathroom, so you will need to apply insect repellent and use the mosquito nets at night. The hotel generally is run down but this didn't stop us from enjoying it enough to come back at the end of our trip. Just keep in mind that it's a one star hotel and enjoy the surrounding nature.

The pool, quiet hotel, lots of garden space, location off road so no traffic noise, friendly staff and easy whole restaurant next door, The Elephant.

Wifi was very spotty, most of the time nothing. I went to local shop and bought local SIM and used hotspot, otherwise I would of gone crazy. Fortunately GB are not expensive here so was able to even stream some Netflix for an hour a night if I wanted. I was here for 2wks.

The gardens, pool area and close by whole food restaurant.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. I have always enjoyed it however, this time it was very damp. It is rainy season in Bali I know but the room was very run down, aircon hardly cool enough to dry out air, sheets damp, moldy areas all over the room. I see they have built a new building that is not finished and I find it a shame that they are not putting money into the hotel that already exists. The whole place is run down these days. The pool is nice and the gardens are a gorgeous sanctuary, it is very peaceful with an eastern sunrise. I hope someone at this hotel reads this and thinks about quality vs quantity. The place needs a good overhaul in all the rooms. Wifi non existent, had to hot spot the whole time.

I have brought 7 ladies to Ubud, all needing own rooms with ensuites and Taman Indrakila was the perfect place to accommodate. with lush gardens (to do our yoga) gorgeous yummy health fresh food from Elephant Restaurant attached, with many more fantastic eateries in walking distance, plus, Beautiful Spa’s, Bintang Supermarket, Blanco Museum & Ubud shopping… Pyramids of Chi & Arts Centre just a short drive away. The staff were very attentive. we will definitely come back thank you

A resort -like feel but at a hotel price. Very comfortable bed with a mosquito net in our bungalow. Hot kettle and refrigerator worked well but the AC struggled to keep up with the size of the room and the heat during the day. At night, it was fine. Being surrounded by jungle, the critters like to "talk " so you might want to bring ear plugs. The pool was very nice and well kept up. The onsite restaurant had great options. The front desk arranged our white water rafting adventure and a driver to take us to Gilimanuk and the ferry to Ketapang, Java.

I would say there are 5 best things about the property 1 . Entire property is beautiful facing campuhan ridge well maintained garden you will have traditional balinese experience moment you enter the property 2. It has a beautiful delicious restaurant called elephant dont miss mouth water morning breakfast start your day from here 3.location is very good very near to ubud palace lots convenience store , restaurants and spas 4 rent a bike from the property and explore ubud .

Our room was in bad condition fan wasn't working , air conditioning was not working properly , even after repeated reminders they didn't solved fan and ac issue, door of the room is in bad condition specially of our room , and the most important they didnt provide water for free which is basic in many hotels and home stays only two small bottles of water were given on first day

Location is fantastic with a view of the ridge and lush green valleys surrounding it. The whole property is surrounded by a well maintained and thought out garden, which is a delight to walk through. Our room was very spacious and tranquil with all facilities working fine. Morning coffee and tea brought to the terrace (with a lovely view) was a nice surprise.

Wifi is just ok and not great for online calls. Few tidbits would benefit from a bit of love.

We enjoyed the place and the gorgeous gardens and the pool. The rooms are comfy and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay overall. Our Host Made's laugh was contagious, always happy and always willing to help!

The sheets could be upgraded, the pillows were a bit moldy and need replacing. Also, a bit of attention needed towards the spiderwebs in the rooms.

Beautiful location across from the ridge walk - though I would recommend a scooter being this far out. So nice to sit and have breakfast or a coffee at your room or the restaurant next door. Very friendly owner.

Air conditioning was weak, barely took the edge off the heat - was disappointing. For the rooms that are side by side you share an open roof meaning you can hear everything and anything from next door and can similarly be heard. There is no ceiling.
