1. The staff was very kind and responsive on every request and question - i will give 10 out of 10 for our interaction with them . Great staff Phu Pi Maan resort 2. ⁠The view from the room , the view from the restaurant and the top pool absolutly marvelous . It was a delight on every day of our stay 3. ⁠The room spacious and clean and also the breakfast ( for our 9 days stay) was more than good 4. ⁠1 of the pools is in garden area, that has an infinity feel and the second one is in the back bulding that has a cooler water - perfect for a swim and to cool down. The garden/ mini jungle area is perfect for the view and just relaxing

We did not see this as a minus but it is good to know in advance : 1. 15 min walk to the beach but they have a shuttle almost once every 2 h and if you walk you go trough a night market street full with a lot of shops 2. ⁠breakfast was good for us but it depends on taste , some might need more variaty 3. ⁠there is a need for a maintenance on the buldings / rooms but not something that should bother you 4. ⁠there is no ac in the common areas , but they have Fan and this I saw better as you do not have a hard cut from cold to very hot

If you're looking for paradise, this place is it! I have never stayed at more beautiful place than this. We had a villa with a lovely patio and comfy chairs, just a few meters from the pool but due to the greenery it was very private. It had a very 'jungle' vibe, so many trees around, very nicely designed place. The room was huge, the bed even bigger, they swapped the duvet for a bedsheet on our request because the weather was a bit too hot for us. The breakfast buffet was great, lots of different options, my mum has ALS and she was impressed by and very happy with the choice (as her diet is very limited). The view from the restaurant is breathtaking, great for breakfast and great for an evening meal/drink with a view of the sunset. We were even able to use the buggy to get up to the restaurant which again my mum appreciated very much. The pool was great, stunning surroundings, lots of beach chairs (there was a choice of 3 swimming pools). The hotel has a car that takes you to the beach (about 20mins walk) and back at very convenient times. They arrange transfers, taxi and trips too. There's also a very cute little cafe just outside the hotel and down the street you can find a plethora of amazing street food (AoNang Muslim Street). We stayed at another hotel too during our stay but if I ever come back to Ao Nang, I'm definitely staying at Phu Pii!! Oh and the staff really goes above and beyond, really really lovely people :)

Of my two weeks in Thailand, 3 nights each spot, sadly I only had 2 here and it was by far my favorite stay. The room was amazing, location AMAZING. I was solo so didn’t want to be in the crazy high rise part of Bangkok, enjoyed all the amazing restaurants nearby, the best food I have had in the last 2 weeks by farrrr were the little restaurants a stone throw from chillax. Also right by the canal with plenty. I was so sad to check out and no other hotel I stayed at matched it. I can’t recommend it enough & will be coming back next time I am in Thailand for sure. I stayed in the basic room and it was WAY nicer in person than photos, I did not want to leave.

A lovely resort hotel. We had the pool access rooms which were great and would recommend.. View from the rooms and pool is beautiful.. Staff were wonderful. Good at the restaurant was really good and worth going to. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were large. Location is good, lots of local street food at the bottom of the road. All food is halal.

This hotel is situated in the Halal street of Ao Nang. Happy because the Hotel provided TukTuk to Ao Nang beach and commercial area. The breakfast is all Halal and nice!

the location of the resort is perfect for families. it has a free shuttle to Ao Nang beach but just a few steps outside the resort (turn right then right) there is a night market and a restaurant that has one of the best Thai food we have tasted. there are lots of tour companies as well where we booked are Island tours. the value is really amazing. the amenities and service were also perfect, the rooms were spacious. there is a buggy service to help you. we also had the spa package which was perfect after touring around Phi Phi Islands. 100% recommend for families we traveled with a 1 year old and occupied 3 rooms.

Would we come back? Yes, we would. The staff, garden and location is the biggest pro. We had a room with a view and it was fantastic to wake up and sit out on the terrace, just sniffing in the atmosphere... Breakfast was also satisfying with many options, freshly cooked/fried eggs, veggies, fruits, porridge, asian style, croissants, etc

Some of the pool beds need a refurbishment. We were surprised that there was no alcohol at the Resort. Of course, we respect any rules, but it should be stated in advance. Pickier guests would be "outraged" to spend a week while bringing in their drinks from a 7 Eleven. After all, for us it was a vacation🙏

Beautiful property, lush surroundings and views of the mountains. There are 3 pools on site and they are very well maintained. Lovely staff. Breakfast is delicious and varied. Ten minute walk from the beach, in very peaceful surroundings with great restaurants & cafes nearby. The best thing was that we got upgraded as a surprise! And we absolutely loved our room! Huge room & bed, with a balcony, jacuzzi, and very well equipped with things like beach bag & towels. One of the best, most comfortable places we have stayed in. We would recommend this place and we would definitely stay again.

This entire ambiance is lovely. Perfectly situated in the mountains, with beautiful panoramic views from your balcony, the hotel is a paradise. I can't imagine there's any bad room in the entire facility. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, but that's perfect because you're far removed from the noise that comes with that busy area, but close enough to visit whenever you please. It's tucked away from the main street (3-minute walk), but close enough to restaurants, spas, and 7-11s. Breakfast was extensive and delicious with, again, lovely views of the mountains. The rooms and spa were clean! The staff - amazing! Very reliable WIFI too! I'd highly recommend and plan on returning for another visit soon!
