I stayed one night in the king room and one night in the female dorm. Both rooms were very clean, had good wifi, warm showers, very quiet, and I enjoyed the pool area (I did not go inside the pool). Additionally, the private room was very spacious! The staff was also very friendly and this was a perfect location around a 15 minute walk from the beach and super close to the Ao Nang Muslim Street night market! There was an incident when I was showering in the dorm bathroom and a bunch of water started leaking out of one of the pipes below the sink and flooding the bathroom floor; but the staff was able to resolve the issue right away and let me finish showering in an empty family room. There is also an extra bathroom in the lobby area in case the dorm bathroom is occupied

Very hard beds, it felt like I was sleeping on concrete. Additionally, the stairs didn’t have railings, which can make things more difficult for someone with mobility issues

The hotel location is great, only a few minutes walk to the beach on a main road full of shops and restaurants. The rooms could be improved by doing some maintenance perhaps but were overall clean. We were first checked in a room on the first floor facing the pool which had a patch of damp on the bathroom ceiling and was not very clean but the night receptionist was able to move us to another room on the top floor which was very good. The hotel is very quiet even though the hotel is on the main road. The small pool is enough to relax and cool down in. The staff are ready to help with any request you might have. The rooms can be cleaned daily by request so you can have fresh clean towels everyday, also the communal areas are kept very clean. The air conditioning is very good and welcome!

The downside is that they don’t have a lift so if you have a heavy luggage you will need to carry it upstairs or get someone to help you with the luggage during check in as there are many stairs even to rooms on lower floors. The night receptionist was very kind to help with the luggage when we checked out but the day receptionist wouldn’t do it during check in. Another thing is that there is a lack of storage to put your clothes in case you are staying longer as there is only a clothes rail.

The beds and pillows were way too hard. I extended my stay in Ao Nang but moved to another hotel because my back & neck were sore from the bed. The flooring was also lifting & I kicked my foot on it, so I lay my exercise mat over it to stop me hurting my feet. This place would be 10/10 otherwise.

1-great room! probably new hotel. 2- room was very quiet 3- the bed linens are silky soft! 4- Evening staff receptionist super friendly!!!

1-No elevator but fresh air helped to climb the stairs :-) 2-I forgot items in the safety box, the receptionist kindly informed me by email and was kind enough to put everythg in an enveloppe and delivered to the airport by a taxi, that was great!!! thks!!! however, the enveloppe was not well sealed and partially opened...

Nice accommodation with comfortable beds, good air conditioning and clean rooms. Wooden floor was a little damaged and we felt like we might catch our feet on it and get a splinter. Balcony was nice with a view over the pool. Pool was lovely although the bridge area is pretty weird and the water under it seems to accumulate and looked kind of stale. Location was good, near to lots of food and easy to get dropped off and picked up by taxi.

We stayed here twice on either side of a trip to Tonsai. The first time we were able to check in early which was amazing. The second time we arrived at 12 and asked if we could check in early, they said we couldn’t until 2 (no problem as this is the check in time) so we came back at 1.55. They then said we had to wait until 2.30 and it wasn’t until 2.45 that we got access to our room. Not a huge deal but we were desperate to get to our room and relax after tiring days climbing in Tonsai. The reception has no a/c so not a great place to wait.

Despite being on the main road, the property is set back and you don't hear any of the busy street noise. The pool was so quiet and peaceful. The room was light and spacious. Easy 10-15 minute stroll to the beachfront, but so many shops, restaurants, etc immediately nearby.

Bed and pillows were quite hard. As others have commented, no shower screen or curtain so water goes everywhere in the bathroom.

The staff was fantastic—always helpful and welcoming, making my stay very enjoyable. I loved they have a clean pool, clean spaces, comfortable (for a hostel) bed, and also great location.

I recommend adding more amenities to the bathroom to enhance the overall experience. Maybe add some tables at the front of the hotel, to enjoy the street while drinking a beer. Organize some activities for the guest. Also, not having a division between bathroom and toilet was kind of weird.

Such a cute boutique hotel with regular hotel rooms and a 4 person female dorm options. This hotel is a unicorn in the sense that it is quiet enough to sleep at night, but also located on one of the main roads within walking distance to the beach and loads of bars and restaurants. Rooms and hotel facilities are true to pictures. The mattress was on par firmness wise with other hotels in Thailand (which in general are a bit more firm than in the USA).

The rooms could use hand towels (only provided bath/shower towels). Found out there were blue pool towels when I saw other guests using them. These were not originally provided to me or advertised, which would’ve been nice but the staff were very good about requests for more/exchanging clean towels. I opted to not have housekeeping tidy up my room staying multiple nights, but I would’ve appreciated if they had left or offered additional refills of the water for drinking and brushing teeth. Overall very minor concerns for a good value!

- Lots of steps to entire the hotel, wasn’t a problem for us but for anyone with health issues you will have to walk up and down 2 flights of stairs to entire the facility and then walk up more flights to get to your hotel room. There is no lift to take people up to their room. There is a luggage pulley though. - Doesn’t sell drinks so you will need to go to a shop if you plan to spend the day by the pool.
