The reason I booked the apartment was its proximity to La Scala. And it certainly delivered on that. The apartment was very clean, and had everything that I needed. Communication with the host was excellent.

I did not expect the apartment to be so small. Looking back at the listing, I see the photos are not of the actual apartment where I stayed. I would like to see separate listings of the actual apartment where I will be staying.

Really responsive and friendly hosts, good location, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Location also very secure. About 7 minute walk to the nearest metro station so easy to get around Milan once you get your bearings. Hosts were great and responded to queries quickly.

Just minor.niggles as a group of 6 women only one hairdryer between us and no where to dry hair except bathroom which other people needed to use. A full length mirror would be great and maybe a dressing table or shelf somewhere near a socket! Also feel the location of the apartment wasn't clear when booked through booking.com. They have various places in parts of city and we thought it was somewhere else so worth checking that properly when booking.

Very cosy and modern apartment, excellent location, the flat service was excellent, there is lift in the building which made it very easy for us, I do appreciate their way of communicating with us it was very respectful and helpful , moreover, they were so supportive and we kept our luggage with them in the office for days without any extra cost. The location in the center of all services, around 10 minutes walk away from the Duomo. Around 15 minutes away from the subway ( walking) there were couple of restaurants with halal food around.

We liked the balcony, to be able to sit outside at night also having fridge made life easier for cold drinks. Wifi and AC system excellent, coffee machine means you can have your coffee in the morning. Company staff always on WhatsApp, communication was excellent, helpful if you need it. Checkout 11am but you can leave your cases in their offices, in our case we walked 15 munities from our location to drop them of, but its few miles out of town centre, so you need to come back for them.

Bedroom is tiny for a Penthouse apartment as it was difficult to move around. TV had no English options only Italian. It was way too expensive than getting a suit in a hotel but because Taylor swift were in town, everyone increased the prices a LOT. Double check the location / amenities before booking the room with the company because you may think you booked the city centre, you may end up couple miles out like we were. They have few locations under one booking. It’s my fault not to check the address after booking confirmation received. If you like sleeping in in the morning then think again as there is a building work next door, they are literally building apartment blocks.

Loved the duplex apartment. It was very easy to get in touch with the staff over whatsapp. Clear instructions were given for us to enter the apartment without any hassle. They had juice and water for us in the fridge . That was a nice touch. They had also left maps and other info for us in the room. Location is lovely. 7mins walk to the station . The best part is there is a tourist information center 5mins away. We had to go to serravalle outlet and we booked our tikts directly frm the center. The bus pick up was done there. So it was very convenient. I think this center does a lot of day trips to different places including Lake Como. ( we went on our own to Como) . So if Milan is your base and you want some organized tours it's very convenient to contact them. There was a very good Cafe and a few restaurants downstairs . There's also a supermarket 3mins away.

We were only handed one key. If there are 4 people jn a room and they want to go to different places its a bit inconvenient. Though the co ordinator said they ll open the outer door fr us if we text them. It would've been better if we were given an extra key . But it wasn't a big deal. Otherwise it was perfect!

The host. I never thought you could like a host more than a location in Italy, but the host made our trip SO much better. He responded quickly to any request. Gave us advice on travel, food, location, etc. the location was great, quiet but could walk to the big things. I would recommend TAXI to the location from the airport, DO NOT TAKE THE TRAIN. Can you? Yes. Did we? Yes. Was it worth the hassle of trying to figure out where to go as newcomers to Europe? No. The host can set up a service, I suggest you let him even if it is more money than the train and trolleys. If you ever come to Italy and this place is available I would book it.

More coffee pods lol. They were plenty there, but my wife liked them so much she had multiple in one day so we ran out. But we were only there one and a half days due to a cancelled flight (BOOO). This place was perfect in all ways.

Location was great to access key areas around Milan. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. Went out of their way to supply a baby chair for our infant. Property is smartly designed to provide living zones, making the sleeping, living and dining areas seperate but seamlessly connected. Cleaner visited the property regularly during the stay to keep bedding, towels and property fresh. Would stay again!

Problems with the hot water in the main bedroom ensuite. We were unable to make the shower work.

Central location, newly refreshed palace. Staff was courteous and attentive. Room was spacious and mostly well finished.

Some little glitches that I’m sure will be ironed out as the management gets more experience. The hot tub (the single reason why I chose this place), ended up being too small to be used for a romantic moment. That was disappointing (it’s closer to the typical U.S. motel style, shallow and short tub). But the room was cozy enough to make up for that, and provided a good nest for us.

Location was close to all the sites in Milan. Bed was comfortable. Lovely shared entry courtyard with good security to building.

I really do not like rain showers as the water is straight overhead and you can’t wash yourself properly if it’s a small space which this was. No place to put anything in shower like own soap or shampoo. These were supplied but I like to use my own. Hard to turn and calibrate the water flow (which was quite slow) and temperature was hard to control, and water took awhile to drain. I found the couch which looked nice was very uncomfortable but that may just be me.

Good location in central Milan Clean and spacious with 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, very convenient for a family of four

The aircon went out and took quite some time to get fixed, but unfortunately it soon went out again. There were limited number of electric outlets, and the outlets in the bathrooms didn't fit the hairdryers provided. We eventually used the hairdryer in the kitchen. It was really nice to have a washing machine to do laundry, but for a family of four, the size/volume of the machine could've been a little larger.
