- great location (close to the bus stop, beach, supermarket, center of new town) - the room was clean and cleaned every day (clean towels every second day and they also once changed bed linen during our one week stay ) - cleaning ladies were really nice and always say good morning to us - food was very good for me (a lot of vegetables and fruit)

- the staff in the bar and restaurant should learn how to say good morning, hello etc., they were just staring at the guests withou saying anything - bed in our room was very uncomfortable and short for person taller than 1,8 m - wifi in the room was very weak, because there was just one router for the floor and it was unfortunatelly on the other side of our floor

-easy to find location very close to the sea, -parking with video surveillance barrier, cost 20 leva per day, -2 elevators plus a panoramic one, -general cleanliness overall, inside rooms/bathroom/kitchen/swimming pool, etc -rooms equipped with TV, mini fridge, wardrobe, mirror , AC with digital panel, clothes dryer, etc -superb sea view from the upper floors, -daily housekeeping, -friendly staff - especially at the reception and cleaning, English speakers, -all inclusive with very tasty food and fresh ingredients - especially the ice cream from 3:30, but you are not allowed to take the food out of the dining area, nor at the pool, nor in the reception area, nor in the room, etc. -3 spacious swimming pools, -the sunbeds area maintained and clean - it's a pity that it is open until 6 o'clock -non-stop reception, without entry-exit restrictions, you can leave by car whenever the parking space is reserved, the gate opening is done by reception staff via video surveillance

The food was great, the view from the 13 th floor was amazing : the sea,The Sunny Beach, The Old Town Nesebar, even the beach and the three pools, The pools are ok with clean water, The distance to the beach is about 5 minutes to walk, the personal of the hotel was pretty nice.

The parking is too expensive and the cleaning of the room wasn't the way We were expected.

Close to the beach. Nice pools. Clean, nice rooms. We found place for our car at the nearby free parking. But the parking is almost full every time, so you may not find a place.

In the bathroom many times there is a really bad smell. Also after making a bath it takes a long time for the air to get changed. Unfortunately there are not many options for vegetarians, but you'll find some vegetables and fruit, and the food is good.

The location is excelent. The place was 3 min away from the beach and a 30 min from the old town. The room was spacious and had everything we needed.

The parking space was small and full, so we had to park somewhere near the hotel.

Very nice pools. Excellent food for every meal. Polite personel.

No cable... tv wires were loose and not secure. Bed covers seemed worn. It would 've been better without them. 1 chair would 've been handy inside the room.

Beautiful view, close to the beach. Tasty food. People at reception were friendly en spoke english, even duch.

Verry small bathroom, shower with no curtains->everything gets wet when you shower (wc, vanity..). Mold arround the bathroom sink. People at the bar were not really friendly and didn’t spoke english, some of them would look disgusted and spoke they’re own language. You also had to pay extra for parking (we booked all inclusive). Not a lot of food choice.
