Stayed in a ground floor family room with two teens who are both wheelchair users. Room was huge, beds were comfy & there were extra pillows. Breakfast choice was excellent and good quality. Pancake machine wasn’t working so chef made fresh ones for us instead. All the staff were lovely & we left feeling well looked after. We didn’t have chance to use the leisure facilities but they looked very good and we will definitely return.

Quality of children’s pizza was a little poor and the food prices were on the high side. Would have liked fresh milk for tea/coffee in the room too

Booking wasn’t transferred from booking.com and only had one room recorded on system not two. Thankfully this wasn’t a problem as another room available. Early morning night staff thought I hadn’t paid for rooms so o had to explain problem and then show them my booking to prove I had paid. I was then charged twice for parking two cars. Apparently one was a holding fee for both but I thought I had paid when checking in. These fell off my pending quickly but I had to query this whilst on holiday so a little inconvenient no one explained this

Easy to find, good signage from the road. Staff were welcoming and really friendly. Room was spotless, bathroom was a little dated but still very clean. The real show stopper was the breakfast and lounge area. Gorgeous seating area and so much choice for breakfast. This hotel is fab for young ones as well as they even had a little play area close to the breakfast, a pancake machine and even a Lego box which my son loved. We only stayed for one night after a very late flight, but would definitely stay again.

Bathroom was a little dated. However it was all so clean so didn’t matter.

The staff were super friendly and loved our 2 spaniels we had with us. They made them as welcome as they did us. Super room, clean and comfy. Restaurant was excellent, great food and more friendly staff. Even set aside a dog friendly area for breakfast and evenings. Very quiet too, despite being a stones throw from East Midlands Airport. Will definitely be using them again when next visiting the in-laws.

Personally, the room was so big a king size or super king bed would have been the icing on the cake, but that's really being ultra picky! Otherwise, zero faults!

Room was lovely and clean and super comfy bed and bedding. Nice to have a bath and shower and big bath sheets rather than the tiny towels some hotels offer. Plenty of room and all the facilities we needed. Pool looked lovely although sadly we didn't get a chance to use it. Breakfast was good, had lots of choices and plenty of it. Staff were all really friendly and helpful at all times too.

Room was a long walk from reception but not the end of the world. Could have done with a proper full length mirror but again, not a drama really.

Staff were all friendly, helpful and smiley. Bed, pillows, etc, were comfy.

Our room,132, in need of an upgrade, furniture outdated. Restaurant very expensive for food served up. Breakfast buffet had a good choice but like most buffets hot food not hot enough. On our last morning some items had been placed beside wrong labels, possible allergen problems? 10% had been added to our food bill without our knowledge, reception staff removed it when queried. Thank you Olivia.

We loved the welcome our dog received - a goody bag on arrival, with treats, poop bags, a ball and tips on local walks (SO helpful). Also, they set aside an area where we could all breakfast together - usually, rules mean we have to do it in shifts! This was really appreciated by all of us. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The corporate 'Hilton' bedroom/bathroom decor is a bit tired and 1990s, but everything worked and it was clean and spacious. I don't like a fixed shower head in the bathroom. No fridge on the room.

Large comfortable hotel rooms. Spacious dining area and wide selection at the breakfast bar. The pool was large with a great steam room and Jacuzzi.

We ran out of desert dishes during the evening meal. It would have been good to have a member of staff in the dining room to request some more from the kitchen. The mattress was a bit too firm for me, that's just a personal preference. Wish I'd spent a bit more time looking a Google street view as I struggled to find the correct exit on the J24 roundabout. The sign isn't easy to spot and the hotel's postcode didn't work on my satnav. Th premises is located between two exit roads, almost on the roundabout itself.

Good location for our destination as we were racing at Donnington Castle , excellent breakfast, fast efficient for when you are rushing,room was sparkling clean and we were a very late booking so full marks.

Difficult to find the hotel . More signs that are large and clear please. Our supper was expensive took a long time to arrive and badly cooked, one of the starters didn’t arrive but the staff were very apologetic and gave us a free drink, food is expensive, let’s not waste it, my steak was tough, was supposed to be rare, it was Blue to the point of uncooked nobody came to check, the staff seemed more concerned with cleaning tables yet there was nobody else waiting to come in.

All the Staff were amazing and very helpful.We loved the Hotel but sadly I got to sleep on the sofa bed as my 7 yrs old son found it too uncomfortable.Now I have an acheing back. We Loved the privacy of the pool and hoe couteous other guests were.Loved the Jacuzzi, Steam and Sauna. We had Dinner and Breakfast.Both were amazing too. Would definitely go back if it wasn't so far from where we live in Leicester. Overall a Fantastic Hotel and 1st time Experience in a Hilton Hotel.

Was unhappy that the sofabed was uncomfortable.Even kids found it uncomfortable.Needs updating.
