Basic sliced bread, European milk and cereal, as well as instant coffee are included without extra charge. Great convenience for a quick bite if you're in a hurry. That is all there is to expect, nothing more. No disposable tableware are used, but there is no cookware available for you to use the blocked off cooktop in the kitchen. So, it is not possible to really cook anything beyond instant noodles/oatmeal or something microwavable. The owners are very nice, but do expect limited English abilities from them.

Very clean bathroom, but there's no separate shower area or bathtub in the bathroom. So, if you're not careful while taking a shower, the entire bathroom floor will be wet! The walls don't have good soundproofing either, so anyone who talks loudly can hear through the walls. Do keep in mind that it is about 15-20 minutes from the Incheon airport, and an hour from central Seoul. So, it isn't an entirely convenient location. For an overnight stay for a long flight transit layover, it is good value for the price, since closer hotels near the airport either cost more or are much older. The very new and clean facilities makes the location inconvenience worth it.

It was very close to the airport, my flight arrived later than 00:00 and they sent me a message how to check in on my own.

The breakfast was good. The room was big with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was very useful.

On arrival, the front door was locked as I arrived late and the instructions to open it were unclear. It was only when other guests arrived that we worked it out by chance. I wasn’t told which room I was in as there were no staff to greet me and the phone number provided was not being answered. It was only after I went to the second floor to try and find someone to help me that the lady owner must have heard me and came to show me to my room. She showed me around the facilities and I was able to book the shuttle bus with her for the morning. It was poor organisation before she met me which I didn’t like as she was very helpful when she finally came to assist me.

Everything was good! They also offered us a shuttle to the airport!

I am just wondering why wouldn’t they provide bath towel, just have the face towel, and we had to use the face towel to wipe our body after shower. And inside the room, there is no mirror in the room except in the bathroom , for 3 girls travelling , without mirror in the room is quite inconvenient, would be great if can provide dressing table. It is ok for me since it was a night or short stay but hope it can improve on this for next guest

This guest house was amazing! We are a big family with 4 children and it was perfect for us as we had 2 triple rooms and a kitchen/dining area all to ourselves. The facilities were so clean and modern with very comfortable beds and a private bathroom in each room. Location is great too with lots of restaurants within a short walk and also a very close convenience store. The owners were lovely and so helpful - we used the airport shuttle to get from the airport and then on check out we were unsure how to get to our car hire place in Seoul so the very kind shuttle driver drove us. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next holiday to Korea.

A hotel with great safety features. Without the key, you won't be able to go in unless you click on the intercom. Checking in and out is easy. Staff/owner is friendly and helpful. You can store your shoes in lockers designated for your room number. It's an apartment styled guesthouse with a common kitchen with breakfast served. Great for those wanting to transit back to the airport without the hassle of travelling from Seoul. There's a nearby train station you can take to reach the airport. There are restaurants and convenient stores around the area so food would not be a problem. The bathroom has a lovely shower system, however do beware they do not have bidets.

Incheon Airport Guest House King is a perfect transit hotel for us. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the owner was responsive to our messages. They communicate well in English and have provided us with a clear walking direction from the metro station. However, we appreciate that they arranged for a free pick-up from the train station when we arrived, as we carry big luggage. Furthermore, the hotel's assistance with our airport transfer the following day was a great relief. We highly recommend this hotel if you need a transit for an early flight the following morning.

Facilities were super modern and clean. It felt like home and I didn't feel uncomfortable using the bathroom as I do in other unfamiliar, less modern/clean places. The hotel managers were amazingly kind. I asked to buy a luggage since an airline lost my luggage, and they sold me their daughter's luggage for a discount (I double checked that the price was authentic as well). They came in clutch when I was having a horrible day, and their facilities were so comfortable that it made everything alright. The shower was amazing as well. I loved how they provided slippers and a storage for your outdoor shoes as well.

The walls are a little thin, but all the customers were respectful and kept their voices down.

I stayed only for one night before heading to the airport. This was an easy and quick taxi ride to the airport and provided what I needed for the night. I had to leave before breakfast, but coffee and bread options were provided. Within walking distance from the guesthouse are a few restaurant options, I had dinner at a tofu place and it was very delicious.
