It was in such a great location! We enjoyed being part of the way away from the big touristy part near Rialto, but close enough to be near all the big attractions we wanted to see. The bed was by far the most comfortable we’ve slept in on our four week trip so far, so comfortable I wished I’d booked another night! Our room was also stated to be checked in by 3pm however they had it ready for us by the time we got there at 11am which was a huge bonus for us, as it had been a big travel day.

The stairs up to our room were narrow and a bit steep (nothing less than what I would imagine from Venice) which made carrying big suitcases up and down difficult. but obviously at no fault of the hotels, and definitely didn’t affect our stay. I would just take note if you’re carrying big luggage up. However, I did it with my partner no worries.

There were several nice things which I didn't expect. The place despite of being in the very center is quiet. It also has a small common kitchen with microwave, kettle, coffee machine, kitchenware, free coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar and cream for coffee. There was also free bottled water in the refrigerator in the room.

I liked everything. The only problem to mention was WiFi it was slow and hanging from time to time, though it works.

Very nice and cozy place in superb location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had no breakfast included, so cannot comment on that. Room was nice and clean with a daily service. Wifi connection in the room was good, no interruptions. This room had multiple balconies to enjoy the morning.

Bathroom was not for the tall people, the ceiling was quite low. Bath had no curtain so after the shower everything was wet. Hot water was a problem, took quite some time to get it warm. Walls were a bit thin so we could hear the neighbor baby crying in the night.

Great location - 4 minutes to San Marco, near Rialto, water-bus stops; in the evening you can go walk or to a concert, everything is nearby. A small, cozy hotel with a typical Venetian interior. Very clean. Easy check-in. Friendly staff - 2 days before arrival we received a message asking to clarify the time of arrival; pleasant communication - both in person and via messenger, help with all the questions. Coffee machine in the room; coffee machine, microwave, crockery, tea and coffee on the 1st floor in the self-service area - it feels like a "guest house" rather than just a hotel. A very pleasant impression!

You should know that there are mosquitoes here, so you should have something against them.

Great location close to St Marks Square within walking distance there are lots of shops and restaurants. Felt very safe. The beds were comfy. We were given an early check in which was appreciated and free drinks given in the mini bar was a nice touch.

Our room was quite old and basic but fine for what we needed seeing as we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, and it is an old building as expected in Venice I guess!

The location was great for what we were wanting to see in Venice. Check in process was easy and the staff helpful upon checkin. The room was turned over each day which was nice after a day of exploring.

The shower was dirty and had mould build up. The sheets didn’t fit the bed and the bed topper didn’t fit either.

Location was perfect, right in central Venice and only a 5 minute walk from the water bus stop. Property was very clean, and had 24/7 support via WhatsApp if had any issues. Do not be put off by other reviews. This is amazing value for money and I will be returning.

Only downside would be how thin the walls are, other than that no faults.

The staff was wonderful, particularly the bartender! We loved that the Inn provided free shuttle to and from Florence town centre, as the Inn is a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the city in a quiet location. I loved wandering around the grounds and through the olive orchard.

Provide extra in-room coffee supplies; creamer, coffee pods, sweetener.

Clean and cozy room with nice interior. Spacious given that it is in Venice. Rrsponsive through whatspp and helping with checkin.

No tea packs were provided and the coffee machine was not working properly. So had to bare out the night without a coffee. Far from the station or bus station. But 7mins walking from boat stop. No staff for any quick request

Perfect location. Friendly staff ready to help you and provide you with a map of things to see in Venice. Hotel is recently renovated. There is a place to leave your luggage after check-out for as long as you want.

The bathroom had a strange smell after the first day. There is also little room for your luggage, but it is no problem if you travel light.
